I Found A Plain White Pill With Nothing On It What Is

I recently changed pharmacies and got my lisinopril filled. Pill is a plain white round pill on one side and 20 on other side. Been taking now for a week and blood pressure is still very high. This pill is not ibuprophen 200mg. I looked it up because i had a similar looking pill, but this was white and on one side had the numbers 420 circled. There is a similar pill that is used in the treatment of leukemia, lymphoma, and chrones disease plus theres more uses for it. round white tablet with AN 627 on one side and nothing on the other side. ## not much detail; just a med size white tab plain w/ no score on one side and other side says AN on top and below is 627. ## And to add an identification for anyone else looking, the tablet with the AN 627 marking contains 50mgs of Tramadol, which is a centrally acting analgesic. It is derived from an opiate, so it does have the potential to be habit forming and can cause side effects similar to most narcotics, such nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. I found a pill in my boyfriend's apartment that I don't know what it is. It is an oblong shaped white pill / tablet with a vertical line on one side. On the side with the line, it has a J on each side of the pill. So on one side it has a j, then a vertical line, and then another J with nothing on the back of the pill. Any help? I found some white oblong pills with NO markings of any kind on them and I have no idea what it is. I've taken many medications from opiates to benzos and barbituates in the last 8 years and can pretty much tell what anything is but like I said, this is just a plain pill, just a bit shorter than an inch with no letters, numbers, symbols, nothing. All U.S. prescription medications are required to have unique markings to enable their identification. Are there any over the counter products that you remember buying?
