Bought Atilor-1. It was supposed to be Ativan. I'm hesitant to take it. Can I get it analyzed? ## From what I can find, Atilor is listed as being the brand name for Lorazepam (Ativan) from Australia. I cannot, however, guarantee that this is what you actually received. Are there any markings on them? this site doesn't do any analysis, you would have to contact a lab and pay a fee to have that done. ## No markings on the Atilor-1 pills. Blister pak. I tasted one. Nothing. Probably a phony. Thanky you for your help.

Hi, my dr prescribed this for me for anxiety. At first I was hesitant because I read about the bad side effects you can get (brain zap, uncontrollable movements, etc) but I have finally decided to try it. He said start off 5mg 2x a day. My anxiety mostly presents itself with racing heart, palpitations, tightness in chest. Does buspar help calm these things down? I am also on Xanax, which helps a great deal, but I am hoping this i can take in the day time to help ease my symptoms. I just am scared of the side effects. Any experience would help. Thanks! ## Yes, it can help with those symptoms, but the only way to see if it will work for you is by trying it. For some people, it is better than Xanax, or other benzodiazepines, because you take it all the time to help keep symptoms under cont...

The Dr has recommended Humira for me. I am very hesitant as I feel at my age-66-it may not be the wisest thing to do. I would love to hear from those of you my age who have had experience with this drug. Thanks so much! ## Hi Arlene, When it comes to determining if any particular drug will work for you, there's really no honest way to know for sure until you try it yourself. Chronological age is just a number and does not always reflect "biological age", which in my opinion would be a more accurate way of diagnosing the overall state of your body and mind, based on how healthy you are as an individual. I don't know if doctor's also take this into account before recommending you try something like Humira, but no matter your age I would only do what you feel comfortabl...

I'm allergic to sulfa antibiotics and have been hesitant to start my new script- I just read some posts about it being common to be allergic to topamax with a sulfa allergy... Scared to try my new drug- ;) anxiety is why he prescribed it... Ugh ## I am really not sure how effective this would be at treating anxiety. Topamax contains the active ingredient Topiramate and it is an anticonvulsant, though it has also been used to treat migraines and bipolar disorder. Learn more Topamax details here. I haven't found anything mentioning it being common to be allergic to it, if you have a sulfa allergy. Additionally, a sulfa antibiotic allergy and other sulfa drugs aren't the same thing and being allergic to one doesn't necessarily mean you're allergic to the other. However,...

My doctor has recently become hesitant to give me Soma with the combined drugs and wants me to use a different Muscle Relaxer. Is there a new law coming to NY to prevent doctors from prescribing the three drugs together? I fave severe spinal stenosis at multiple levels and two herniated discs causing chronic pain, ## Be careful as you don't want your Xanax or Oxycodone compromised as well. Many Doctors do not like prescribing SOMA which has little therapeutic quality. You can live with a different muscle relaxer while the other medicine can cause serious withdrawal problems. ## My bf has taken soma 350mg, klonopin 1mg and an ir 30 mg, plus drank about 4 beers. Do I need to worry about an overdose? ## Soma, which contains the active ingredient Carisoprodol, has recently garnered more...

Has anyone tried Fincom-1? I bought this for hair loss. But, I'm sort of hesitant to use this now. Is this safe to take? Grateful for any information about Fincom-1. ## Fincom-1? Yes, it is a very popular Finasteride tablets (generic Propecia) here in Japan. I guess we Japanese like this medicine, because we can see the analisis report of the product at the manufactur's page. If you have Japanese friends, you should ask him/her to google fincom in Japanese katakana letter. Then you will find out how popular the med is. And also a very funny discussion is going on at 2channel jp among Fincom maniacs. I'm hesitant to post what I GUESS it might be. if anyone else knows for sure, that would be better! ## I found out for sure. It's the half dose pill in a pack of Mircette/Kariva birth control pills. cool. I knew it looked super familiar, thank goodness I just started that part of my pack! haha!

After taking strong oral doses of fosomax for pagetic shin bone, I developed fibromyalgia and am hesitant to have an aclasta infusion of a similar bisphosphonate to fosomax injected, which would last 2 years in my system. This treatment may possibly prevent further progress of paget's bone disease in my shin but I am hesitant to have this procedure as I think I am allergic to it and may make myself even more ill. ## Hello, Susannah? How are you? Have you been officially diagnosed with fibromyalgia? The reason I ask is because some of the side effects of these medications can be very similar to it. As reported by the FDA, people have experience joint/muscle aches, headaches, abdominal pain, dizziness, vertigo and alopecia. What makes you think you're allergic to it? Symptoms of a...

I have been taking 300 to 900 mg's of Gabapentin for at least 15 yrs. for restless legs..doesn't seem to be enough now but am hesitant in taking more. Would it help if I took Cal Mag supplements as well at night? I also take a good magnesium supplement at night too. Also because of a recent trauma I'm on one mg of Clonazepam as well which doesn't much help. It puts me out for a couple of hours and then I'm awake. Between the restless legs and the lack of sleep my nights are a bloody nightmare and I'm totally fatigued the next day. Any help out there. Also I'm 75 yrs. old. ## Since my last post, I've seen my doctor and she says I can take 4 gabapentin a night so 1200mg's. It's a lot I know but it's helping the restless legs. Hi everyone can anyone help me My doc recommended me to take only two weeks a month the starter pack of vybird im all ready on wellbirtin 300 / day i m very hesitant to do it like this does anyone tried vybird this way ## Hello, Nana! How are you? I haven't taken it myself, but I am aware of some doctors using it that way. They may recommend this for various reasons, to give someone a boost during a particularly bad time period, or sometimes for women who suffer bad hormonal fluctuations for a couple weeks each month. I understand your concern over taking multiple medications, even for just a couple weeks, but many people require more than one, to get their conditions under control, they should just make sure they are being monitored by their doctors on a regular basis. Hi! I am visiting my family in Texas from Atlanta. I have pinched a nerve in my shoulder since I've been here. The only thing my grandmother has to give me is Tramadol. I am hesitant to take it because I'm afraid it will screw me up and I won't be able to take my evening dose of suboxone 4mg. Does anyone have any advice on this? ## I would advise against the Tramadol because (a) it is contraindicated while taking suboxone, and (b) it would most likely affect any lab work which your pm specialist would have you submit and you would risk being discontinued treatment. Instead, you should double check with your doctor or pharmacist if you can take an OTC pain medication such as Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen, just don't take any other opioid type of medication. I hope this helps...

I was perscribed Effexor yesterday to treat postpartum depression and anxiety that I have been going through since I delivered my baby boy. Please help asap! ## Unfortunately, I can't find any listings for a pill with this marking. Can you please double check and post back? That said, it would really be best to consult a doctor to get safe, knowledgeable assistance beating your opiate use. Ref: Opiate Withdrawal Information The FDA warns that Subutex carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

I have previously been taking XR of adderall and I'm hesitant to change ## This is a 10mg tablet of Mixed Amphetamine salts, so a generic for Adderall, however, the only way to see if it will work for you is by actually trying it. I'm unsure of the origin of my rash and hives. I'm at the end of week 3 of contrave. About 10 days ago, I fell on the basketball court and broke my foot and tore ligaments. I have an aspirin allergy (hives), so the ER doc was hesitant to prescribe 500 mg aleve, but I've taken OTC aleve and had no problems. Day 2 I broke out in a neck to ankle rash. I stopped the Aleve. Day 3 it was swollen and itchy. For a week I used Rx steroid ointment to get rid of the rash. Finally mostly went away. Didn't use the ointment for one day and I broke out with huge hives. Large 6" welts are all over me and much worse than the original rash. I can't imagine it's leftover from the aleve since it's a week later. I upped to 3 Contrave when I got the rash (but also started taki...

Last night I might have taken Nifedipine er 30mg two times accidentally....at 8:30 and at 10:30. I had no side effects except for my pulse increasing from 73 to 93 within an hour of the second pill. It is now 6:23 a.m. I am fine but a little hesitant about whether to take my metoprolol succinate er 25 mg at 10:30 this morning. And do I resume the regular dose of Nifedipine tonight at about 9 pm? ## Did you experience any other symptoms? The FDA lists them as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and hypotension. And yes, generally you should just continue with your normal dosing schedule, unless your doctor directs otherwise. Are these the only medications you are currently taking?

Friends visiting from Europe gave me a couple of pills. They are yellowish oblong maybe peach in color, scored T5 on one side and squiggly lines on the other side. They told me it was for back pain but I'm hesitant to take it without knowing what it is. Can you help? ## Hi Mike, I actually came across a very similar pill that seems to fit a good portion of your description. It's a yellow oblong tablet, approximately 16.00mm in length. The front of the pill has the letter "T" imprinted on the left side of a score line and on the right side is the number "51". On the back the pill there is a logo of a cursive "W" in a box, which from your description sounded like it could possibly correspond with the squiggly lines.
