Hi I have severe potassium depletion and need to take 12 slow k per day - thing is they are very hard on tummy and I can only eat so much food in one day I'm also recovering from gastritis so tummy still sensitive so have to be very careful...at breakfast I'm only taking x 2 at lunch x 3 and dinner x 4 depends how much food I eat a couple of days I got 12 with four separate meals x 3 each meal but I don't eat that everyday so how on earth do I do without messing up my tummy??anyone n I really need the 12. i do not no what it was prescribed for was given to me by my doctor ## I'm pretty sure that Simetyl is prescribed as a gastro-intestinal medication. Manufactured by Kramer Novis, active ingedients are Atropine, Scopolamine, Hyoscyamine. Beyond this there is not much other info available that I saw online. Hope this helps.

Devrom comes as a chewable tablet or capsule. FDA approved and OTC. Termed an internal deodorant and is very effective at neutralizing embarrassing odor from flatulence (gas, farts) and stool (feces). Trying to locate a pharmacy that has it???? ## From what I've found, most Wal-Marts stock Devrom, they also have it available to order online. Devrom contains Bismuth Subgallate, and it said to remove the odor from flatulence, and stool. The only side effect noted is a temporary darkening of the tongue, and stool. Have you tried it, yet?
