Finding A Doctor Who Will Prescribe Pain Medication

I had been on hydrocodone for approximately 13 years until I had to change doctors. My new doctor didn't believe in pain medication. I have been off hydrocodone for nearly 3 years and my pain is getting really bad again. One doctor prescribed Tramadol but now that is a narcotic and the doctor will not prescribe it anymore. I suffer from fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, scoliosis, myofacial pain and I can't believe none of my doctors will prescribe me something for pain. The pain is constant and I frequently have headaches and sleep problems every night. I seriously need something for the pain--ibuprofen doesn't due a damn thing. My pain management doc got investigated and now hes closed his practice down. I was getting 30mg oxycodone 5 times a day and morphine 15mg 2 times a day. I have been going to a Dr. for pain medication I have had several surgeries, I have Disc Disease, list goes on. He had me on oxycontin 80 mg and oxycodone 30mg. I have been a patient of Dr. in Kanas City for approximately 2 years. And he was very good in regards to providing pain meds that would last a month. Unfortunately While i was riding my bike the by the park a lady violently smashed into me with her SUV. Since them my shoulder has been in so much pain that it is impossible to go to sleep, and sometimes even worse waking up, or physical activities. I have severe chronic back pain and Fibromyalgia and have tried steroids, injections, therapy (both physical and mental) and nothing has helped except narcotic pain medication. My Doctor who prescribed pain medicines in IL died. A new provider took over that pain management clinic and now wants to reiterate me off opiate medication give me nurontin also called gabapentin and give me a pain pump regardless that the specialists in California do not recommend procedures directed at my spine rather recommend conservative theropy and opiate medication for multi level degenerative disc disease in the cervical thoractic and lumbar with spinal stenosis which I've been diagnosed with since 2003 . I need help finding a doctor in my area who will prescribe pain medication. I live in lower bucks county in Bensalem. I've been searching on and off for 2 yrs but now my pain is just way over the top. They have me taking Tramadol 8 a day which at this point is an absolute joke. My family doctors is NO help whatsoever and won't even write my anxiety meds which I have been off for 2 yrs as well now. Does anyone know of a compassionate doctor who will prescribe norcos in the Los Angeles area? I am a mother of 3 on medical assistance and have had trouble getting any help with my pain. I've been to several family doctors looking for help but because of this drug epidemic, they treat you like a drug addict and shew you out the door. They don't want to help and don't trust a thing you say. They look at an xray and mri and if there is no obvious sign ofl breakage, fracture or whatever else they look for, they don't trust a word you say.
