hii sir my skin good but my face some part very dark so sir is melas cream m koi side effect to nhi honge na ye cream kya muje life time use krni hogi? ## Hi mamta, How are you? I can't understand your full post because only part of it is in english.... but regarding "Melas Cream", it reportedly contains the following list of ingredients: Curcuma longa Rizome 15% Santalum Album Oil 5% Ocimum Sanctum Leave 3% Aloe Vera Plant 5% Embellica Officinalis 10% Azadirachta Indica Oil 3% Rosa Indica Flower 5% and a cream base... However, the only side effects I've seen mentioned were potential allergies, skin irritation, or darkening of the skin (instead of lightening) if you weren't using sunblock; since it works by peeling away layers. I hope this helps answer your question!

I am 26 years old having allergy on my face. I took medicine for ear infection 1 week before from ent, I consulted doctor again he gave some allergies tables I took yesterday for two times still facing same issue this time it getting more, pls suggest I can't go to office ## An allergic reaction is really not going to clear up overnight, with a just a few doses of the medication. It will need more time and you should take the medication the doctor provided you with, as they've directed, to see if it helps. If you don't get any results after 5 to 7 days, or if it gets worse, then you'd need to return to your doctor for further assistance. What type of allergic reaction do you have on your face?

Hi, I used persivate on my face for about a year then decided to stop with it. When I stopped I had a bad rash which was very painful and looked very bad I was very insecure about my face. I went to the GP and was prescribed some antibiotics and epimax cream. It's been a week after that and my skin looks and feels a lot better. I do however believe that my faith also has a lot to do with my healing process, received a lot of prayers and encouragement through this

I've seen many people using sonaderm nm for face to improve complexion & it works very quickly.....is it safe to use it to face. ## @Madhu, According to the manufacturer, Sonaderm NM can be used to treat bacterial and/or fungal derived skin infections (including, but not limited to): Infected atopic dermatitis infected excoriation bacterial superinfection of chronic superficial mycoses otitis externa infected steroid-responsive dermatoses eczema psoriasis They go on to note that it is used by applying a thin layer of cream to the affected skin area(s) two times daily along with gentle rubbing. If you happen to have a skin condition similar to what is mentioned above, I personally don't see any reason why you wouldn't be able to use it on your face, unless instructed othe...

I am on about week four of epiduo. I went to the derm with about three cysts. He told me o your acne is not that bad. And gave me a prescription for epiduo and doryx. At about day 7 I had to quit the doryx I could barely stand up. I stuck through with the epiduo and was prescribed kephlex as an antibiotic. I have prob been on the antibiotic for 2 and a half weeks and as I said the epiduo for about four. My face is freaking out! I have called out of work twice for pain and irritation. I also look like I am engulfed in pimples from my nose down and around. I take 600 mg of Advil three times away but it's still painful. I'm so scared I have always had a few flare ups a year with cysts but never this little white head acne. I am getting married in three months! I feel like my life i...

I am currently taking a 4mg Dospak 21's for an infection. I am having the red face side effect and am only on day 2 of the pack. My question is: how long will it take for the redness to subside? Is it ever permanent? ## Hello, Carol! How are you? Such side effects typically are not permanent, they usually go away within a week or so, of finishing your course of treatment. The FDA lists other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, insomnia, nervousness and acne. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have pigments (dark patches) on my cheeks and forehead. I've been suggested to take livogen with B Complex. Please advise if it's ok ## Those are only nutritional supplements and not likely to do anything to help with melasma. Melasma is usually caused by some type of underlying medical condition, such as a hormonal imbalance or immune disorder. Have you consulted your doctor? In order to solve the problem, you'll need to find out what's causing it to happen to begin with.

While traveling on a small aircraft I developed a sudden swelling on my face. It was diagnosed as Bell's Palsy. Any information on this ailment? ## Bell's Palsy is a form of facial paralysis, not swelling. What doctor provided you with this diagnosis? Have you had a stroke, Lymes disease or other severe illness recently? A sudden swelling, such as you've described, would be more indicative of an allergy.

I completed two sessions of injectafer infusion about a month ago. A few days ago out of the blue, my face and throat broke out in a rash which lasted about 3 days. I never develop rashes so this was very unusual and can't be attributed to different soap, lotion, etc. I notice on the handout they gave me at the time of infusion that it's a possible side effect, but wondering if it could occur a month later. Anyone else experience this? ## It is possible, according to NIH studies, some people experience joint and muscle pain from these infusions that can linger for the rest of their lives. While it may seem that you just need an iron supplement to brings your back up to normal levels, doing so is not always as simple as it seems. How are you doing, now? Has there been any change?...

I just started taking 75mg of irbesartan..I am fine when I wake up but when I have a black cup of coffee within 30 minutes my lips start swelling...is this common and should I switch medications ## Hello, Graham! How are you doing? Has there been any change? It seems that you may be having an allergic reaction to something, and if that is the case, you need to cease exposure to that substance, because as reported by the NIH, such reactions tend to get worse with repeated exposure. It might be due to the medication, or it could be due to something else, has anything else changed recently? Are you drinking a different brand of coffee? It would be best to have this checked out by your doctor for your safety.

Second day on Acxion and I notice my feet and face got swollen, is this normal? ## Hello, Rose! How are you? Has there been any change? No, that is not normal and you should see your doctor immediately. As reported by the NIH, those symptoms could be the signs of an allergic reaction, or a dangerous side effect of the medication, so it may not be safe for you to continue to take it. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, nervousness and anorexia.

Anyone here ever have any experience with a facet joint injection? My pain management doctor is pushing one very hard, but I have my reservations. ## What specific issues are you worried about? And what will it contain? Can you please post back and clarify? The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including administration site irritation, redness, itching, nausea, and headache. ## I am on my way to get my facet joint injecton. Anybody interested in my experience, let me know. ## It's fine. I had my reservations too. In fact I had canceled my first appointment that I made. But I just had mine done about 7 hours ago. It's quick. It's virtually painless and there's no after pain. At least not in my case. And I consider myself to have a fairly low threshold of pain...

I used triaminolone 0.1% on my face,it did clear up my face. But, now my face is starting to break out. What can I use to clear up my face? ## Hello, Ree! How are you? Triamcinolone is classified by the FDA as a corticosteroid, which means it can cause acne as a side effect. Thus, it's likely just going to take time for your body to process it, so the breakout stops and clears up. Other side effects may possibly include skin redness, dryness and irritation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I am on holiday in Mexico and Qudermin was recommended by the doctor for my mosquito bites (I take a bad reaction to bites). I have been bitten under my eye and I was wondering if it's OK to apply this near the eye area? (There are no instructions with the cream, hence the reason for my question). Thanks ## Hello, Claire! How are you? You can use it in that area, but you do need to be careful that you do not actually get it into your eye. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including skin redness, irritation and dryness. Is there anything else I can help with?
