After post dvt have been taking warfarin for 3 weeks now and still can't get the required inr levels to level out . Have been on 13 mg daily for the last week and my inr did go up to 2.6 after 3 days but went down to 2.4 and last check was 2.0 . I don't eat or drink anything with vitamin k . My doctor doesn't seem to know why with such a high dosage of warfarin my inr level is dropping . If anyone can give me some insight to a reason for this I would be very grateful . I am male, 62 years, 82kg, 172cm height, vegetarian, not eating eggs, eat vegetables, milk curd about 200 ml per day and one 500mg Shelcal tablet. Bone density T score is -1.7 and Z score -1.5. After trying two antidepressants and multiple therapists, my doctor has decided to prescribe me Topamax for my binge eating disorder. I used to also be bulimic, but thanks to therapy have ceased purging for about six months now. I wanted to get feedback from those whose have been prescribed Tomamax for binge eating disorder and/or bulimia. You should take 1 pill every six hour 4 times a day . 1 hour before you eat or 2 hours after you eat.. but if it causes nausea you can take with food it just takes longer to absorb. . How can I maximize the effectiveness of this medication? It does not always work as prescribed but my doctor does not want to change my medication at this time. ## I find that taking a 50mg Tab with a 500 mg Tylenol on an empty stomach works best. I just started taking suboxone to get off roxycodone, of which I was taking up to 10, 30mg pills a day, all day long. I am also on Adderral and Xanax. I felt really good for the first couple of weeks, but now I feel really anxious, and find myself constantly needing my xanax. However, since I'm only prescribed 3x 1mgs a day I am going to run out too soon. I am prescribed 2x8mg Suboxone a day. What exactly is the harm or danger if I were to reduce my daily Simvastatin dosage from 10 to 5 mg? I have been taking it for several years. I am 80. I have been taking 145mgs of linzess for a while now. I usually take it at about 6:30 in the morning then I go back to sleep until 9 where it starts to kick in. Hi, I am a male 64 years old and have been on Losartan 100mg for around three years. I have put on weight, have horrible backache, tiredness, itchy skin, and other symptoms. I bike 15 kms a day and have been on a diet eating one main meal a day with cereal at lunch time. I've recently started taking 50 mg at 9am then the other 50 mgs at 9 pm.
