am having twitches in thighs and lower stomach at one side. it is not a heavy pain but kind of weakness at the back side also.. i have visited orthopedic doc and he has asked me to take carni q. can you advise if this is okay ? i took tablets for 5 days . after the completion of tablet course pain stopped. then after few days again it started due to exercise. please suggest

Did your doctor tell you to use this? An infection requires an antibiotic. As to the low sperm count and motility, the treatment for that will depend on what is causing it.
