I'm on my 3rd week, getting ready to do 2 pills in the morning one in the evening. I was wondering if I should tAke the 2pills in the morning together or maybe an hour apart. At least to my understanding it does not change the chemical structure of the ingredients and how your body uses them. Some people do agree that chewing a pill vs swallowing one could help it absorb quicker through your saliva. Since this antidepressant can lead to weight gain, would it work if I took it every third day as i notice its half-life is three days. I'd just red that taking cherifer is effective at morning coz it's boost our energy throughout the day. Especially if this cherifer has vit B complex... and also drinking milk has a bad reaction when you take cherifer at the same time because calcium in milk is not good with iron... that's why cherifer is best at morning or if you want you can drink your milk at night before you sleep.
