I began taking Wellbutrin about a year and a half ago. I started at 200 mg. And am still at that dosage. It caused me to lose about 30 pounds, which is great. It gave me energy and suppressed my appetite. 2 months ago my doctor prescribed Pradaxa because I have Dvt. I have other health issues therefore I take quite a few meds. After 1 month on Pradaxa, I said to the doc, there are 2 things a woman doesn't want to happen, 1-gain weight and 2- lose your hair. My genius doc said, hair loss is not a side effect. Has anyone else experienced weight loss while taking tramadol? I started taking 1-2 50mg tabs a day and 3 months in I'm now taking 4-6. I found out i had type 2 diabetes in january of 2006, so my doctor put me on byetta, but i had to stop taking it in june 2006 because of the cost. My insurance doesn't cover it and it costs $187.00.
