small off yellow oval pill. APO on 1 side and the numbers 3-7.5-325 on the other. ## Based on your description I located a similar pill, if not the pill you are looking for. The pill is Triamterene (37.5 mg) + Hydrochlorothiazide (25 mg). It is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and edema (water retention). NOTE: This particular pill I located is a light green color. Maybe can be mistaken for off-yellow. Also the imprint APO is on one side and the numbers 37.5 | 25 are on the other side. You can view a detailed description of the drug, by clicking on the link below... If you have any more questions or comments to add, please post back so I can further assist you. ## Apo one side and 40 on the other yellow oval in shape. What is it? Was told it was an oxy 40.

Found this pill in my grandmas house. I think it's orange but some may call it yellow. It's got AP 25 on one side and a weird looking P on the other side. Not sure what it is? ## Hi Shelly, The closest match I've been able to find is Ranitidine HCL (150 mg); which is commonly used in treatment of peptic ulcer disease and gastroesophageal reflux disease. Ranitidine is also used alongside fexofenadine and other antihistamines for the treatment of skin conditions such as hives. This medication comes in the form of a white round pill with the imprint APO over 025 on the front and nothing on the back. Manufacturer: Apotex Corp. National Drug Code (NDC): 60505-0025 Could you describe the P logo on the back? Is it just a P or is there an A (without the middle line) directly above t...

A something on yellow side and 30 mg on white side. i found 2 capsules in sons pocket what could this be? ## I apologize, but I am not quite understanding what you are saying the imprint is. Is just the letter A and 30mg, or is there more to it? I've tried looking under that and haven't found anything, so far, but I'll keep trying. However, if you can post back with more information, it would be very helpful. ## Hi, I found a yellow and white capsule in my house today, on the yellow part its imprinted NT and the white side is imprinted 25mg and 710 right underneath where it reads 25mg ## Yellow and white capsule oval shaped half white half yellow ,,reading nt 25mg 710 found in sons room and on the floor by my door

I have pills from the vet from a few years ago. Can't read the label now. They are small round yellow pills scored in half. One side is blank and the other side has 2 250 and some have 2 FAH 250 on them. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

I have a yellow capsule that says APO 500 on one side. I also have another yellow capsule that can come apart and its says APO 250 on one side. Does anyone know what these pills are? ## Hello, Jonesy! How are you? From what I can find, the first one with the APO 500marking contains 500mgs of Naproxen Sodium, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. However, so far, I've been unable to find an identification for the other one. But I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize the capsule?

Name of capsule: DiCod301 Contains: 15 mg hydrocodone bitartrate, Cyclizine HCl 25 mg., Benzyl benzoate 0.01% ## What exactly is this? Is this compounded hydrocodone? I'm not sure what DiCod301 and who manufactures it. Any info would be appreciated. ## These green and yellow capsules came from a company in South Afiica loose in a small heat sealed plastic bag. A printout was included saying DiCod301 including ingredience as stated and its uses A white and light brown powder was in the capsule. ## It is very hard to say with any certainty, since foreign medications are not regulated like those approved for use and sale in the US. I would assume they mean Dihydrocodeine, but wouldn't place any bets on it. ## Verwon, these are definitely hydrocodone bitartrate and not dihydrocodein...

Have you thought about calling the Vet office that gave you these pills? Maybe they will be able to decipher the imprint. They might even have some of your old files, and can look up your previous prescriptions. Just a thought. I hope this insight helps!

Hi my friend gave me 2 of these to help with my chronic migraines - she said it was generic endone. They're tiny (but bigger than a birth control pill) bright yellow with the imprint IA, then a score with 25 underneath. Nothing on the other side. I have a prescription for endone 5mg but need to get to dr for new prescription which won't happen for a week. I'm a bit uneasy about taking it until I know EXACTLY what it is. Can someone please help? ## I have some of those tablets too ! Can someone tell me what they are please ? ## Hi, I'm in the same situation and can't find any information about these. I'm not really sure what to call the colour; somewhere between peachy and yellowy. The pills are about 6 mm, round, and scored on one side, down the middle between the APO and the 25. The other side is entirely blank. I've been all over several pill identifiers and such, but the closest I get is the same description with an added mark... one of them is a diuretic and the other is an antipsychotic/sedative and neither are the same as these three little pills I found. Any leads? ## Have you tried asking a local pharmacist? Most online identifiers only list U.S. tablets and I know many of the ones with these types of markings are from Canada…..and the problem there is that in order to try to curb the influx of fakes, Canada has started keeping their markings under wraps, so t...

It is oblong and technically beige in color, but it looks light yellow. The imprint is WALLACE 707. Maybe the the other letters were smudged off at some point? I found a few pills in a bottle in my daughter's room, just wondering what they were. One is oval peach with APO-650 on one side. One is oblong, half white and half light bluish green with 255 on one side. The other looks like a little yellow house.

I found a small yellow round pill with cls 4 or cls 4 (second one is c slash s). Cls on top and 4 on bottom, plain on other side. Does anyone know what this is? I've been searching the internet and even called poison control and they didn't have it listed. Said it might be because its new. ## I may have located a match to your pill, however I cannot view a photo of it, just a description that appears to be similar to yours. The imprint reads "C54" as opposed to "CS4". Because there is no photo I also cannot verify if there is a score line on the pill. It is identified as Tribenzor (amlodipine 5 mg + hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg + olmesartan 40 mg); which is used to treat high blood pressure. For verification, the National Drug Code (NDC) for this pill is: 65597-0116...

have found one yellow capsule shaped tablet pill with an imprint of L030. I believe it is an over the counter medication, but have no idea what it is. Can anyone help me identify it. I have tried all the drug identifying tools online, but have had no luck. That is another reason why I believe it may be over the counter. Any help would be appreciated. ## From what I'm finding, this is listed as being a Diphedryl tablet, it contains 25mgs of the antihistamine Diphenhydramine, it is a generic or store brand of Benadryl.
