The FDA lists this as just being a multivitamin, so while it is most often given to pregnant women, a man can take, if his doctor feels it is necessary, due to malnutrition or other health issues. They are very potent and may cause nausea, as a side effect, in some people that take it. Is there anything else I can help with?

I am 80 years old. I have a) Night dry cough spoiling my sleep and well being. b) Have lack of stamina after early morning hours worsening to inability to walk even a hundred meters by evening.
