They (drug companies) make generic 2mg bars that come in white, yellow and green (the green ones only break into 3 little squares instead of 4 like the other white and yellow, but it's still 2mg too). However, Vicodin does contain Hydrocodone, and Acetaminophen, and the tablet with the V 3592 marking is listed as having contained 5mgs of Hydrocodone, and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, but this was changed several years to containing only 325mgs of Acetaminophen, due to new FDA regulations. No dose of combined opiate medications can contain more 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose. NDC: 00603-3881 Thus, the tablets with the 500mgs of Acetaminophen are no long available.
