I'm so confused here I have a white pill marked with 44 and a line 104 & blank on the back. Some of you say it is percocet some of you are saying it's just Tylenol. Even one pharmacist of "25" years says it's percocet when I'm not so sure... Come on, tell me what this is PLEASE?? ## Hello, Mickie! How are you? I'm very sorry for the confusion and I'm happy to clear it up for you. All tablets with a 44 followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, the 44 logo is not used on any prescription medications. This one is now manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is a generic for Tylenol. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache and dizziness. I...

Hi I am wondering if others who are on the maximum dosage of 40mg still experience on-going depression for a few hours afterwards. I take my meds in the morning but it takes several hours for me to feel ok. I have small fibre neuropathy of the autonomic nervous system and have been on citalopram for 3 1/2 years. Recently I ave put on weight. I haven't always felt this on-going depression. It seems to be getting worse. Has anyone had ths experience when after a reasonable time on the drug it seems not to be working as effectively? ## Hi Chris, The reason why the medication seems to be not working as effectively over time, is generally due to the tolerance or physical addiction of the drug itself. As for Citalopram, it's not addictive, but you can build up a physical tolerance - m...

small round white ## What’s a small round pill marked 485 on one side blank on other ## Hello, I wasn't able to find anything that exactly matches your description but I was able to find a Claritin 10mg pill that has a 458 imprint but from the description the NIH gives it should also have the word Claritin on it somewhere. Is it possible that the pill is worn and that the word Claritin is somewhere on the opposite side? Here is a picture of what the Claritin pill looks like, it's so light and the imprint is already hard to read as is that's why I'm asking. Is this the pill that you are referring to?

I found a little pill that is white and has splashes of blue all over the outside of it. They are not little specks like I have seen on another medication before. It is also marked 4 H 2 on one side and it is plain on the other side. Can anyone help me identify what this may be? Thanks! ## Hello, Jon! How are you? While I found one with this marking, it doesn't match this description, at all. Can you please double check that imprint and post back? Thanks! Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## I think those are diet pills... My mom used to call them speedy pills. She said when she took 2 she cleaned the whole house... Lol..

Hello~I'm on oxy 80's and dilaudid 4mgs which are prescribed for back pain. The oxys alone don't help at all. I get dilaudids tomorrow, but will be out of oxys. Does anyone know if the dilaudid alone will help? Thanks ## How did it work? Did you get any pain relief? Dilaudid contains the active ingredient Hydromorphone, which is very potent, but if you've been taking 80mgs of the Oxycodone, then you'd need 30mgs of it to be equivalent for analgesia. Learn more Dilaudid details here. Learn more Oxycodone details here. ## Hey! I sort of figured out the conversion and was taking 30 mg. or more of Dilaudid a day. I have been taking Sandoz lisinopril 40mg oval pink pill for many years imprinted with E104 and my BP has been stable. Now the pharmacy changed it to the round lisinopril 40mg pink pill imprinted with same E104. My blood pressure is not being maintained now it fluctuates all over the place. I take it daily. I looked at the pill upside down also and am not certain if this is a Tylenol or something else? Any ideas? ## @Jack, You had mentioned looking at the pill upside down also... Upon doing so, did you get the notion at the the "7" was an upside down "L"? Or that the "4"s appeared more accurately? I'm only curious because there's a white oblong pill imprinted with "L484" that is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen (500 mg) and it's pretty much the exact opposite of your depiction when held right-side-up.
