White Oxycodone R P 15

Just wondering if these oval white pills with rp on one side and 15 on the other are considered roxys. I don't think they are because they aren't instant release but figured I would ask...

These are a generic for Roxicodone, because they are regular release tablets, not instant. They start working about 15 to 20 minutes after you take them.

The instant release Oxycodone is only available in a 5mg capsule, the name brand for it is OxyIR.

I know everyone calls the others instant release, but that's mainly due to the fact that you get the full dose at once, in comparison to the time released Oxycodone.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Verwon, respectfully you may want to review the information you're sharing. As far as Oxycodone, Roxicodone (including RP 15 generics) are IR instant release. IR Oxycodone or Roxicodone are available as high as 30mg and as low as 5mg. Percocet Oxycodone with APAP 5-10 mg (pos 15) are also IR instant release. OxyContin available in 10mg up to 160mg are CR controlled release. I've never heard "regular release" being used at all clinically or in reference to these medications or any others.
