Need to know how long after taking a dose of Percocet 10 mg, three times a day, will it show up in the urine?

I think you mean negative, and we've already said it takes about an hour for opiates to get into your system. Most tests are designed to detect abuse rather than just use, so you could potentially take a low dose once and never come up positive.

I snorted 1 perc 30, and smoked 3 perc 30s over the course of 8hrs, last dose was taken at 1045pm, I weight 205, not too active, how long will it take to b out of my system? I have a ua at ten am Monday morning? Should I try to get the ua pushed back til Wednesday or will 3 / 4 days be enough time for it to pass?

Aderall typically is out of your system after 2 days. Don't know your weight or height but you should be fine. The more active you are the quicker it is out of your system. 3 days tops bit that is very unlikely if you only took once.

H metabolizes like oxy. You should be just fine by Monday. 24-48 hours as long as it was just the one time.

I'm on probation, but that's not where the knowledge comes from. I do alot of in depth research not only on UA's but on how did act on the brain, more specifically the receptors like the mu receptor and how things like dopamine and serotonin are regulated in the brain. I find it all a bit fascinating.

Hello Mike I have been taking percocet 10/325 no more than 2 times a day for about 2 months now. My last dose was last Monday morning & I have a 5 panel drug test this coming Monday. Have been clean for almost a week. Also i took a urine drug test today at a local drug testing place & passed but should I be worried BC my job is going to send it to a lab for samhsa for testing. Thank you so much:-)

No you will be fine. Lab tests use a preliminary test which basically just indicates if you are positive or negative. That preliminary test is similar to the one you purchased. If you test negative them no more testing is needed. You have been clean long enough that you have nothing to worry about.

Its after a preliminary positive test that a lab will do a confirmation and a quantifiable test, usually MS/GC or L/LC, that confirms the precise drug and their levels in that sample. This second test is very precise (over 99.99%) and actually charts all the molecules in your urine which eliminates any false positive that could occur.

Would you mind explaining to me the cut off levels for percocet 10/325 I can't seem to grasp the info.

Also is percocet considered as oxycodone? The reason I ask is bc labcorp performs a seperate drug test for oxycodone but I'm getting tested for the five panel drug test . Thank you so much.

Ok candy, tramadol does not show up on a ua. so no worries there.

Jess, cut off levels can vary, but I believe it is normally 100 ng/ml for oxycodone. I think it may be 300 ng/
ml for the preliminary and 100 ng/ml bgfor the confirmation test. Don't quote me on that but its something close to that. oxycodone is the narcotic pain killer in percocet and yes a test for it has to be done to check for it beyond the standard 5 panel test. Opiates such as morphine and heroin are what is tested for. Oxycodone is a semi synthetic opioid derived from thebaine and is chemically different from heroin thus needs a different test to check for its presence. Oxycodone has a half life of 4 to 6 hours so taking one our two lower dose pills can be out of your system in a day and a half to two days whereas higher dosages can take as long as 3 days to be cleared.

Again, thanks Mike. I ruptured 3 disks in my back and at my request, I lowered the amount of percocet I was given. Doc told me last 2 UA's showed none in system, so they lowered it more. Thing is, script says take as directed....the few days before test I didnt need as much, so I didnt take as much. Anyway, I am making sure I take exactly what is prescribed for 2 1/2 days before test, but week before..I didnt take..will that still show "not enough" on UA?
I have 3 picnics over next few days. I am afraid to have even a beer because of UA test Tues...will alcohol show on tues, too? Never had to go through drug testing, but I understand why they do it. In my case, I wasn't abusing, tried to lower dose and don't take if I do have a drink. Well, that screwed me Any advice?

One last question since I already took a 12 panel urine test yesterday & was negative for everything which I believe was tested for oxycodone then I sho uld be fine with the 5 panel?
