i have been on 7.5mg lorcet for 5 years now i have had back and neck surgery the doctor has me on 90 a month an sometimetimes i still hurt so bad because 3 a day is just not working anymore what do i do ## Have you talked to your doctor about it? It is completely normal for your body to get used to any given dosage of a medication, if you have been taking it for a long period of time and for you to require a dosage adjustment, or a switch to a different medication. Your doctor should be well aware of this, some medications work quite well for some people for a long period of time and it seems that was the case for you, if you've been taking it for 5 years, already.

plain bright pink capsule with no letters or numbers ## The only way a capsule with no markings could contain 40mgs of Hydrocodone was if it was specially ordered by a doctor and put together by a compounding pharmacy, So, yes, as a capsule, it is possible. In tablets, Hydrocodone is only available in a max of 10mgs and they would all have markings on them. Are there any comments or questions? ## I found this bright pink capsul with no marking in my sons room is there any way u could send me a picture??

I am an 82 year old female & take one or two tramacet tablets every day for my osteoperosis & back pain for almost 4years. I am now suffering from itching skin, itchy patches on my arms & an itchy scalp. ## Have you consulted your doctor? Tramacet contains the active ingredients Tramadol and Paracetamol and though it isn't common, there is always the slight possibility that you've developed a sudden allergic reaction to it. You should consult your doctor to get to the root of the problem. Are you using anything else new, or taking any other medications?

I would like to hear ppls opinions on this procedure who have had it done or know of some1 who has....pros & cons? I'm 30 in Jan, with 2 cervical herniations, 1 bulging lumbar. Had 2 epidurals on each, neck & back. I don't regret it even though it last for bout a month each, but my chronic pain returned & actually I'm getting hip joint injections on my bday. As for my neck, my IME recommended that & have a phobia with messing with my spine...even the epidurals were done after a yr & a half after ## Unfortunately, it doesn't appear we've had people on that have had it done. Did you ask your doctor for more details on the procedure? I completely understand the reluctance to play with your spine, because of the risks involved, I have always been the ...

Blue round pill with 55 on one side and crescent moon on other ## I had a whole post typed up, then I finally remembered what this is! LOL This is an over the counter product that is sold to help with insomnia, it's called Simply Sleep and it contains 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, which is an antihistamine. What you saw as a 55 is actually meant to be an SS! Is there anything else I can help with?

Wondering if MD has used an appropiate substitution or not. I also take a full dosing of NSAIDS. ## Which one was substituted for the other? I'm not quite understanding from the title of your post. And the most operative question is really....how is the change working for you? While there are some conversion standards, it is generally more important to individualize it and customize it to the patient and how they respond to a medication, plus their tolerance levels.

I took three .5 Percocets yesterday, and I just took urine test. I am not a chronic user. Did I fail? ## Yes, there is a good chance that you failed the test. The Oxycodone in Percocet can be detectable in a standard urine test for approximately 4 to 5 days, after last dosing. The time frame, however, is always going to vary from person to person, depending on your own metabolism, overall health, activity levels and other individuating factors. Are there any other questions or comments? ## Yes it's in your urine a couple hours after being ingested.

How long does the medicine last in your system? What are the side effects of this medication? Can it be mixed with any other medicine such as tylenol, advil or excedrin? ## Hi Carlos, Chlorpheniramine is reported to be the active ingredient in Clorfeniramina Maleato. Chlorpheniramine has a half life of 21-27 hours; meaning that it can take roughly a full day before the last dosage you took is cut in half. Most pharmacists consider 5 half lives (5 days in this case) to be the average time frame it takes to leave your system. Keep in mind though that higher half life values ranging up to 43 hours have been reported. In cases like this, the drug can take as long as a 10 days to leave your system. As far as side effects go, the most common ones are listed below: • drowsine...

It is a long white pill with 014 on one side and on the other side it has a big V with a little d inside the V ## The pill you are describing is Acetaminophen (500 mg). This imprint was a tricky one to verify as the "V" is actually an "A" and the "d" is actually a lower case "p" which oddly enough, stands for the Advanced Pharma logo. The full imprint being: AP / 014 Acetaminophen is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). You can view a detailed description of the drug by clicking on the link below... I hope this helps!

I'm only 30 yet have been fighting with doctors to get something that relieves my daily pain for 8 years. I am not a candidate for surgery YET. I have DDD, protruding discs, herniated discs, and a "turned" pelvis, all from 2 car accidents. No legalities to worry about I just want a doctor that will actually do what they say, like run an MRI, some physical therapy/adjusting, and some prescriptions for pain. I'm not asking for anything too heavy, something like percocet or roxicodone and ultram for breakthrough. ## Hi Supermama, In regards to finding a local pain doctor, I listed below a couple websites specific to locating pain management doctors in a given area. All you have to do is input your city or zip code for narrowed results: {link removed because site no longer e...

What is this pill FR40 round pinkish /orange nothing on the other side can't find an ID for this pill? ## Hi Ann, Based on the imprint and color, there's actually three different medications that this round pink pill could be: Coldonyl (Acetaminophen 325 mg + Guaifenesin 100 mg + Phenylephrine 5 mg) Acetaminophen 325 mg + Guaifenesin 200 mg + Phenylephrine 10 mg Emagrin Forte (Acetaminophen 260 mg + Caffeine 32 mg + Guaifenesin 100 mg + Phenylephrine 10 mg) Basically, no matter which pill it is, it does contain Acetaminophen + Guaifenesin + Phenylephrine, and may or may not contain Caffeine. Hopefully others on here have this pill and packaging in their possession for complete verification of dosages. I hope this helps in the meantime!

Yellow oval with a V on one side and 3601on the other side. ## Yes, this tablet contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a narcotic analgesic, a generic for Vicodin. Side effects may include: nausea, headache, drowsiness and constipation. Learn more: Is there anything else I can help with?

Got vidicon wet in washer will they.still work ## It really depends on how we they got and how much of the tablets started to dissolve. However, regardless of that, I wouldn't recommend trying to use them as even if they only got slightly damp and barely dissolved, they may still have absorbed various chemicals from your washer, such as those in your laundry detergent, bleach, fabric softener and etc. Are there any other comments or questions? ## got my vicodin slightly wet in the sink...dumped 50 pills accidently....dried them all slowly with a hair dryer....only a few are slightly fuzzy....can I still use them? WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH 3592 ON ONE SIDE OR A WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH M367 ON ONE SIDE....WHICH ONE IS STRONGER? ## The tablet marked M367 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The one with the 3592 V marking contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Thus the M 367 contains more of the narcotic, but the other contains more Acetaminophen, which makes it kind of hard to say which one is stronger. Some people may do better with the higher dose of the narcotic, because the Acetaminophen doesn't have as much effect on them, but it can potentiate the effects of the narcotic, so others might do better with the lower dose of Hydrocodone and more Acetaminophen. Which one works better for you?

it is a white pill oblong in shape on one side it has markings IP19 on the other side it is smooth with no marking ## Is it possibly IP 18? That's a 500mg Acetaminophen tablet, manufactured by Interpharm, a generic for Tylenol. However, I can't find a tablet with just IP 19. Can you please double check the imprint?

It is blank on other side. There is a score mark. Someone said hydrocodone another said oxycodone. ## Are there any markings on it, or just the score? If there are no markings, it can be ruled out as being a U.S. manufactured and approved prescription medication, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products and there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Does anyone have any ideas what this tablet contains?

I found this 4 pills and don't remember how or for what reason I have them but before I discard them I would like to know its use for. Thank you ## From what I have found, this seems to be an over the counter product that contains Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine, it's a generic or store brand of Tylenol PM. Is there anything else I can help with?
