Wrong ,the difference in any pill is the active and inactive ingredients ..,therefore the side effects or desired effects are dif and not just in ones head same with a I G Xanax and 2 GG one has a longer window period ie it stays with u longer. True they're suppose b same but tech they're Not Facts. And I'm not a Dr and don't a any degree but I'm street wise and educated to the hilt !

Thank god your not a doctor someone educated to the hilt should be able to construct sentences and use proper grammar before claiming how educated they are, lets go very slow now kindly enthrall us with your acumen ( that means educate us)we want to partake in your vast array of pharmaceutical knowledge lol

I totally agree!!! I just took some of the ACL and they totally suck!! Im used the 54 142 pills...I got these from a friend and just called him up accusing him that they we're fake! I have severe back pain and my husband has nuropathy if i spelled that right because of his diabeties. So we need them..Anyways I can definatly tell a difference we are sick!! :-(

Most have that very same reaction. In fact several folks on high dose long term methadone maintence treatment have reported precipitated withdrawal syndrome. That is hell in anyone's estimation. Even dosage increase has little effect. Wish I could recommend something substantial since neuropathic pain is a b**** to control with the very best of rxs available. Hang in there.

These methadone SUCK! I've been on methadone for 10 years and always have used the "coffin" shaped ones...little rectangles. Now the pharmacy's only have these crap ones and it has no effect on my pain management. Which really sucks. I think they did something funny when making these. It's just funny to me that when the insurance companies started cracking down on us methadone users and making us taper down..that's when these pills came flooding the pharmacies...maybe I'm just paranoid and my body reacts different to these for some reason but who knows. I do know a lot of people who are this same problem though. Sad really. They put us on these and then play with us and our health. I know methadone is not the best to be on but it sure does help my pain! As long as they are legit and not these lame ones

Any recommendations of a doctor in San Antonio, TX who understands what a great pain reliever methadone is and will prescribe it for chronic neck and back pain instead of the typical norco and oxy being prescribed?

It is not easier to detox on Methadone because of the longevity of the withdrawals which last over a month and sometimes come back even after that..U will think u r ok and then another wave hits u...I wish to god I would a stayed hooked on tabs and oxys cause I think I could have kicked them easier..But I was told no withdrawals from Methadone. Boy was that a lie....The worst part about methadone withdrawal is the back,leg pain and 0 sleep & the mental part of knowing it will last over 30 days ..Its hell trust me on this...I have tried to quit many times.But if u have to go to work everyday it is almost impossible.Nah it is impossible!

I find that the methadone is stronger and lasts longer. I take 10 mg 3 x a day. I can take the three and not need to take it the next day. I also dry out every month for the last three days before getting my next prescription. I find it works better then the other pain meds. I tried them all to detox methadone. I have done it at 100, i dropped 5 mg a week until it was down to 5mg and then I stopped. I had marijuana to help for the few days after. Good for mental health really. Good luck. That was 20 years ago.

BS you pooped them out. they melt in your mouth. the only way that would be halfway believable is if it were the new formula used so people dont abuse oxycontin. you basically let us all know you're A drug addict that will say anything to get what they want. its all in your head. I just took my ascend for the first time and no better or worse than malincodrt or any others.

not exactly they have to be allowed some kind of variation. I know the Extended Length ones are allowed a percentage of varience-I don't remember off hand what it is, 5-10-15%, but even if the regular length aren't remember things can go wrong in manufacturing. You just can't trust markets to be free of risk of contamination, accidents, wrongdoing, or even even greed on mass scales.

I get 120 10mg oxycodone and 90 10mg methadone and I'll pay $98 at TARGÉT and $120 at Riteaide but Riteaide is the only one with the oval methadone and the round ones are like placebos so I pay the extra

I'm bored, googled ASC 116 off a pill to see what happened and eventually saw your question. I used to say the M 5771 were better than ASC. Bulls*** they are both the same. I like the ASC's because they dissolve under the tounge better to me, solubility is a marker. Like the K4's that you can cold shake. WORD.

I agree with you totally. My pharmacy changed to ASC and I did not notice they did this at first. I felt like complete crap. Now I take Rox only. There IS a difference and I don't care what anyone says. Try can talk until they are blue in the face. It works different.

Alright Pharmacy tech student, you need to google the Hatch-Waxman act 1984. The FDA passed this law which allows generic medications to contain up to 20% less of the active ingredient than name brand medications. So no, this isn't in anyone's head! You might want to check your facts before running your mouth next time, and a little bit of compassion goes a long way, you never know what might end up happening in the future.

My doctor gave me these for pain but I feel like I'm going through a withdrawal. Are they to help me with my back pain or help me come down from the other meds I was on?? I'm so confused?? I thought they changed my meds because I had back surgery and am in a ton of pain and nothing else was helping. Please help me understand. Thanks
