I took one 30 mg Roxy yesterday at 10 a.m. And that was on a Friday, and I take a drug test Monday a urine test, I'm sure I will pass that one but they send it to a lab I need to know will it be completely out of my system, but I do have a high metabolism and very active

Quantity doesn't equate to duration of time. 5mg takes the same time to get out of your system as 30mg, 45mg etc... Once it is in your system, it is detectable in a ring test for an average of 4 days. I say average because weight, activity and fluid excretion (sweat and urine output) all play a role. Count on at least 4 days. If they are doing a high dollar test (government) count on 6-8 day detectability.

I TRLL U RIGHT NOW PPL DAYING 2/3 days is not true.It takes 7 days to be clean.i'm going by my own experience that I came up dirty for Oxys on my 6 th dzy clean off them..and trust me wzter does not work for Oxys.SO U NEED 7 days to come up clean.IM TELLING U THE TRUTH From my own experience.ESpecially if you're a heavy user.

No, insufflation actually causes less absorption into your bloodstream. I know this because an emergency room doctor told me. I went in for severe withdrawal symptoms and when he asked what, how, and how long I was taking this drug. I told him I had been insufflating 30mg oxys for a long time. The doc told me I was lucky I was just insufflating them. That you actually absorb considerably less through insufflation as say swallowing or chewing. DO NOT TAKE THIS AS A REASON TO USE MORE THAN YOU'RE USE TO!! I am now in recovery and am very happy.

I deal with horrifying pain 24/7 and the dea stops me, a legitimate person in pain and they the crap dea is worried your gonna die. Why do I have to be in horrifying pain. You are why.

Plz help me. First off i had 2 cervical fusion in 5 weeks 1st dr messed up. 2nd dr had to remove and redo i aud 5 2006 sept 11 2006. From there my back went horrifying. I was in a bad car accident. Had L5 S1 fusion omg when i opened my eyes i begged for my 76 yr old mother to kill me. Unbearable mental fear. Not sure how i got thru that. Pain management dr oxycontin nope, 10 ml oxcodone and 30 ml morphine. Well ok but i didnt feel right off morphine. She stuck a 50 ml fentanyl patch for 3 month. It caused blisters i took it off. She had a new nurse prac. They think they are dr and cut me down to 10 ml oxycodone. I seen the devil. Not knowing that was withdraw. I am 53 yrs old, never had cannabis in the 80s, never any drugs, well then stigma drug addict. Said chronic pain yrs of that. take them no im not. oh dear god yes i am. Now after all them yrs a SI fusion went thru my butt cheek. The dr didn't know after being used as a pun cushion for the inj's. in my back. Steroids cause osteoporosis. I have the highest level and i have to give myself a shot everyday. So then i moved. God found me an amazing surgeon and after numerous evaluations i am not chronic pain.... My fusion did NOT FUSE, stupid drs, they love to cut. This surgeon will not do any surgery till bone density is better and my fear of pain has to be helped. In the meanwhile i have a dr that specialized in pain meds. Ok i was on 30 morphine + 10 ml percocets.. Guess what DEA came in and he had 9 too many patients for his dea number. Boom I suffer. How can a person with osteoporosis, fouled neck surgeries, fusion not fused, anxiety when uncontrollable pain starts, get treated this way.... I asked a new dr which is hard as they don't know me, dea has them all scared. All i need is a 30 ml oxycodone. 1 or 2 a day and i can get thru this till my bones are better and i can be mechanically fixed. I cant find a dr that will. Now they want to give me just below the skin inj's. I'm fighting with shots daily for them to stick steroids on my body. How do i find a dr that cares and not scared? I have documents of everything that is wrong. Help me. Sometimes I cant get out. My leg feel like contractions.

Oxycodone has a half life of 3-4.5 hours. Determine total hours from last dose to drug test day. Subtract 4.5 from Total hours. For every subtraction divide drug dose by 2.
Example for a 10 Mg Oxycodone; If your last dose was 8 am Monday and you have a urinalysis at 8 am Wednesday, resulting in a total of 48 hours.
48 - 4.5 = 43.5 hours remaining then divide 10 Mg / 2 = 5 Mg
43.5 -4.5 = 39 hours then 5 Mg /2 = 2.5 Mg
39 - 4.5 = 34.5 then 2.5 /2 = 1.25 Mg
34.5 - 4.5 = 30 then 1.25/2= .625 Mg Pretty much negative, DOD testing threshold
30- 4.5= 25.5 then .625/2= .3125 -
25.5 -4.5 = 21 then .3125/2 = .1565 Mg - no more worries beyond this point
21- 4.5 = 16.5 then .1565 /2= .07825
Total Clearance Time: 4.5 x 7 = 31.5 hours to clear 10 MG of Oxycodone from a typical person with normal urinary functions. It helps to drink lots water. For DOD Personnel, you can dilute your sample without repercussions by consuming at least a liter of water an hour prior to the test. Make sure you get your initial urinal evacuation out of the way and submit a test after subsequent evacuations. This is because DOD labs is based on threshold not presence of a drug.
Just doing this because I also took a risk taking someones meds instead of going to sick call. Option was self report or either risk it. Fortunately I had nothing to worry about.
