The rule of thumb that I have been told is about 24 hours per hundred pounds of body weight. I have had many drug tests and have come up dirty and clean. The key is to Drink lots of clear fluids which you are and another good thing to do is take a laxative and take at least 3 dumps before the test to rid yourself of more toxins. 2 to 4 days with plenty of flushing of your body and you should be safe I always drink massive fluids the day of and so much so that when i walk into the building I go straight to the bathroom and pee one more time and then have no trouble going again 5-10 minutes later for them. I have learned these lessons the very hard and painful way unfortunately. Your lack of body fat and size will make is very easy for you to pass your test. Good luck and let us know how you do.

Today is November 9. Just 3:30 in the morning. I have a urine test at my pain management clinc on thursday at 1:00. I only insufflated a line of herion but afraid it will show in my test. They are very much against street drugs and now I am afraid i will test positive for herion. I am prescribed 240 roxy 15's which of course unfortunately they are all gone. Someone please give your opinion on if I will pass. I am drinking lots of water. HELP please. I am going insane worrying

Yes you will be good, drink a lot of water the night before and morning of leading up to your test. I insufflated a gram on friday and sat then had ua tuesday I passed by drinking water and waiting the 48-72hours

What did you use? If its heroin then yes. Just eat light and drink alot of water to be sure.

I have a urine test right now!! I last used on Tuesday night Wednesday mourning at 1230 am it has been about 65 hours since my last use I have been urinating pretty normal the first 2 days and drank a lot of water today and took a "strip" pill 3 hours ago and I have been peeing a good amount today. I am a frequent user. Last did 15 bags but on avg do 10 to 20 sometimes 25 (rarely). Do you think I am going to pass? Idk how fast my matobolism is. I'm 6 feet and weight 255 please answer ASAP

I am female I had a habit after relapsing last yr a got clean in June this year with a methadone script but still been using on and off but managed to always use around my test they now up my tests to once a week! In the uk a basic tenna bag is. 2 and I used 3bags Sunday none Monday two on tuesday and once today(Wednesday) my drug test is Monday if I drink enough water as it is the fifth day is it long enough to give a clear test I could risk loosing access to my kids if I fail plz help

Every person is different, weight, diet, water intake. For people that use heroine on a daily basis it will be in your system for 7 to 10 days. Better safe than sorry. And as for crack. It is so unpredictable. The best way too pass a urine test is to drink a lot (a lot of water for a few days. Also exercise. U have too sweat it out. Drink as much water as you can consume 3 days till test. Also take a multi vitamin with any type of B in it. Just to give your urine color. When your urine is clear that's what you want.. Don't give the urine for test if it's completely clear. They will get suspicious. The vitamins with take care of that. 1 to 3 days is more than enough if you drink large amounts of water and sweat it out.
