We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. Has anyone been told from their doctor, to take Oxy ER Time-release10MG, at bedtime as a sleeping aid? For the last ten years, I've had a Neuroendocrine Carcinoid Metastatic Tumor Cancer, and lately having anxiety-panic attacks, with my rare cancer, I can not have any anti-anxiety meds, it floods me with excessive serotonin levels. I also have diabetes, (getting up a few times,waking me, having a hard time going back to sleep!) Pseudo-gout, Diverticulosis, and at 62, Osteoarthritis in neck/shoulder. I can not use Ambien 5 MG. it doesn't work for me, and usually slept less than 3 or 4 hrs on it anyway. I am prescribed ambient 10 mg daily, flexeril 20 mg daily, and metoprolol ex 100mg twice daily. Can this cause a false positive result for benzodizepines and aminoclonazolam? ## I'm not familiar with what's in ambient, so it's possible. Again I have been on other threads and these urinalysis that are have been given have found that there have been many many false positive s. Google it please

I had been taking a generic brand of Ambien nearly every night for 5 years. Due to increased tolerance, I gradually increased the dose from 10mg to 20mg over the past three years. These doses worked for nearly five years. Then suddenly, around the end of May, 20 mg wouldn’t work. I tried 30-40 mg and that was still less effective than 15-20 mg was even one month prior. I stopped taking Ambien altogether in June and I didn’t experience any withdrawal symptoms. The first few nights were difficult to fall asleep, but the adjustment was minimal. I was on a long holiday, so I didn’t have the pressure of getting up early. Some nights I took Benadryl or Melatonin, but I stopped taking them as well. Sleep was not a problem for me. I was only told of what i did while sleeping at my gf. I woke up not knowing i was awake so basically like i sleepwalk? And i went to the balcony and asked her if she loved me and i was literally gonna jump from first floor. And was demanding her to answer and she was struggling to pull me back. Anyone have advice/suggestions? I also take/took Clonazepam, Diazepam (I have chronic neck & thoracic pain (muscle spasm) & more anxiety than the norm. I also take/took Trazedone & Doxepin. I take average doses of all these meds & levels of them not real high in my blood. The real problem is that my blood was drawn at approx. 4 pm. I took meds about 1 am & got about 8 hours sleep before driving. As a woman, I probably metabolize meds slower than men, but the Prosecution's Toxicologist claims I must have taken zolpidem in the afternoon - which I certainly did not. I have been with my current doctors office for over 12 years. For that same time period, they have been prescribing me ambien to take on a regular basis for anxiety related insomnia. The only other medication I take is atenolol for PVC's and neurontin for nerve pain related to ACDF surgery last year and other problems in my neck. My pharmacy gives me a different generic ambien almost every month. Can I ask for non-generic since I am paying without insurance? All of them work slightly different. My BF of 11 years asks me questions about my EX while asleep on Trazodone, Ambien and Valium and says "it is the truth coming out", he has done this several times and every time he does it he doesn't like the answers. Are these combined with a truth serum or am I just in a fog and not really understanding the questions and just giving random answers? I've been taking ambien generics; the white and the peach oval. They have no effects on me. Until about two months ago cvs was carrying Teva MZ2. It was the only one that worked for me like a charm. My doctor gave ambien c.r they don't work at all the Teva purple one southeast the ambien c.r..I asked why cvs stopped carrying those they said it s the pharmaceutical stop sending to cvs. I was frustrated because I'm tired of changing medicine. i ordered ambien from a site i found online. they said they are from usa and fda approved. i received them today. they are supposed to be 10mg ambien. what i received are round, bright yellow pills with no imprint on either side. does anyone know if these are a form of ambien or the generic from ambien? i paid alot for these and im scared now to take them because ive never seen any ambien that look like this. there is no markings or imprints on either side. no score lines. just plain solid round bright yellow pills. could someone please let me know if they have any idea about this. thanks so much. ## If they were FDA approved from the U.S. then they would have some type of imprint. anything new for persistent insomnia? I've tried sleep apnea clinics, various over the counter drugs..I have RLS so that complicates things. I can sleep with Ambien but would prefer something not addicting. ## Hello, Cynthia! How are you? Have you ever tried Trazodone? I want to make sure that the pills I have for insomnia actually are Ambien and not a placebo. I cannot sleep at all and I am very, very tired. Since getting turned onto ambien I find short layovers now enjoyable since we can now actually sleep. But the debate we have is when to take the pill so it's effective as soon as we slam the hotel door. I find taking my pill on final approach (wheels down) the best time because that gives me about 30 minutes to the hotel when I will be at peak. Others say taxi to gate, or in the hotel van. When are you taking yours?

I got dui, they found alcohol and ambien in my purse, I had took two 10mg of ambien around 10pm my dui blood test was done at 3:20am, C.h.p. ordered a full drug alcohol toxicology report. I have it but can't understand it, it has all these different codes that look like decimals and alphabets, how do I no what is what.
