round yellow tablet cross marking with H upper left corner and 4 lower right, back plain. supposed to be a de-worming tablet for dogs ## Based on the description provided, the closest match I could locate is an oblong/capsule-shaped yellow pill, scored vertically down the center, with an "H" on the left side and blank on the right side of the divider. There is also an "88" on the back of the pill. This particular tablet is identified as Levetiracetam 500 mg. I only mention this pill's ID because I'm thinking the imprint is somewhat similar and the medication itself is also used in veterinary medicine for dogs and cats (as an anti-epileptic agent for treating seizures).
