Help I need a dr

I Live in Toledo greenup area. We just moved her I have RA and Disc degenerative disease. I am starting to cripple in my hands. I can't even open a can with an opener and wrapping presents with scissors was almost impossible. I cry almost daily because of the pain. I am also in a bad place with the death of my husband last yr and have bad panic episodes. I had a dr but when i moved I had to switch. I know what works for me and it's a vary of diff pills two of which are Vicodin and xanax. But seems like around here dr don't listen and look at me like an addict.
