Small Yellow Round Aspirin 18

1/4 inch diameter small round light yellow with 18 or 81 ## This is a very common imprint for over the counter Aspirin, it is sold in 81mgs, because that it commonly used to help with blood thinning, and to help with heart health. It is manufactured by various companies. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, stomach irritation, increased risk of bleeding, and headache. Is there anything I can help with?

little rond pill engraved 18 or 81 ## We found several spoons that had been obviously used to melt pills for injection in my friend's room after his death. Most of them had a yellow residue on them. We found only one pill, it is small, round, yellow and has '81' engraved on it. It is not the low dose aspirin with the black 81, it's just carved in the pill. No other discernible markings.

Yellow pill with A on one side, blank on the other. I'm allergic to aspirin and am really trying to find out what it is. Could it be ativan? ## Hi Jon, How does the letter A appear on the tablet? Is it a normal looking capital "A" or is it an embedded shape that looks like an A or a V (without the little line -)? I've come across the latter, which is also a round yellow tablet, so I just wanted to double check with you on that. Just for verification, the pill I'm describing is Zelapar 1.25 mg made by Valeant Pharmaceuticals with a National Drug Code of 00187-0453. Also, whereabouts did you get it from? If it was from a local pharmacy perhaps that would be the best place to take it for an immediate means of identification. Hope this helps!
