I have been finding little sites all over my body and face for almost 3 years thinking it was stress or poriasis but after getting unbearable night sweats and total loss of taste not to mention other stuff. Finally got a good gastro doc is doing lots of tests on me. No pain at all but these night sweats and total loss of taste and in bed practically 24/7 I finally got dressed to see him. Now I have sores little ones that come and go but one on the base of my scalp you can't see is scary. Any advice about soothing these or stopping the hair loss? He gave me penicillin which in 2 days made me feel a lot better but still have to find out what's causing the internal infection Thanks!

Omg it sounds exactly like my condition. Lethal night sweats and belly bloat not to mention scalp sores. Go to a good gastrointestinal guy. You may have gallstones or gallbladder problems. Believe me it's a gastro thing. I'm going for my endoscopy tomorrow. Don't let it get worse!!

I am not sure whether the allergy I have could be caused by the intake of Ziak and/or Zanidip. I continually have a sore mouth something similar to cold sores, I also tend to get a sore throat, twice I have had my tongue swell during the night which was very stressful and i have itchiness on my body in patches even my scalp itches which my GP has informed me is an allergy. Could the Ziak; Zanidip or Cymgen 60mg cause these allergies???? I take the Ziak in the morning and the Zanidip at night as prescribed by the doctor. ## Hello, Lynne! How are you? Cold sores only occur outside the mouth, on other areas of the face, such as the surface of your lips, edges or your lips, the chin area and etc. The ones on the inside of the mouth are canker sores and many medications can cause them, thoug...

How safe is it? What are the potential side effects? Regarding Glenmark Est., is this a safe and good choice or should I use another manufacture? I use DS 1.25 / 2.5 mg tabs. ## Are one of the side effects for taking Estrogen-Methyltestos, little small sores on my scalp and hairline? ## Can u get boils with this medication (estrogen-methyltestos f.s. tab)? ## I do not know if this is a side effect but I can say that I also take this med and I also get those same sores. Little boils/pimples mostly on my neck and hairline. I was recently in Florida and got the worst sunburn I have ever gotten in my life in one day and with wearing my usual 60 spf lotion. I was curious if sun sensitivity was a side - effect? ## I'm 62 and decided to stop this medication. I have started the hot flashes ...

I will be starting my monthly injections this week. Did my 5 weeks than waited the month. The last week and a half I have been cleaning my brush out daily (full of hair). My scalp plaques are all but gone just like a light dandruff so I'm thinking that it's more likely to be from the Cosentyx rather than clogged hair follicles. Has anyone else had this happen? Otherwise my skin has been clearing amazingly ## Yes, it has been known to cause hair loss, in some people that take it, in aftermarket reports, according to the FDA. You are definitely not the first person to notice such an issue while taking it. Other side effects may include nausea, diarrhea, infections, and an increase in the outbreaks of cold sores. After nearly 5 years of trying to get docs to take my complaints seriously, I was finally diagnosed with Hashimoto's a couple of months ago. About 3 months prior to that, they started me on Synthroid. At follow-up, my TSH levels had not improved so I was switched to Levoxyl. A couple weeks after starting it, I began experiencing tingling across my forehead and scalp. A pins and needles sort of feeling. Several weeks later the tingling is ongoing, though it waxes and wanes in severity. Then a couple weeks ago my feet started to swell. I was noticing my shoes felt tight and was getting sores on my toes from rubbing. I made no changes to my daily routine or diet that would explain this swelling. My ankles don't really look swollen-just my feet and it's gotten quite uncomfortabl...

I was given this tube of cream but, what is it supposed to do? ## I'm curious as to why someone would give you a prescription based tube of cream without telling you what it was. Bad business... Clobetasol propionate cream and ointment contain the active compound clobetasol propionate; a synthetic corticosteroid, for topical dermatologic use. It is indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses. Treatment beyond 2 consecutive weeks is not recommended, and the total dosage should not exceed 50 g/week because of the potential for the drug to suppress the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis. Please post back if you have any other questions or comments to add. ## I was given this foam and because my scalp sores are ...
