Can someone please help me? ## From what I've been able to find, this is an over the counter product that contains Acetaminophen (325mgs), Chlorpheniramine (2mgs), Dextromethorphan (10mgs) and Phenylephrine (5mgs), it is used to treat cold symptoms. This tablet contains 100mgs of Losartan, which is an ARB that's used to help treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Learn more Losartan details here. And yes, it has been known to cause muscle cramping. That has to be very annoying and you should talk to your doctor about trying a different medication. Most side effects wear off after about 4 to 6 weeks, once your body gets used to a medication, but I can't imaging living with it for that long, when there are so many other options out there that you can try. Is there anything else I can help with?

I found a round peach colored small pill with 113 inprinted on one side. On the other side, there is nothing. I was told this was a Roxy. Is this true? Due to it being a korean pill I was not able to read much of what the manufacturer writes about this specific brand of medication, however, here is some information I was able to pull up on the United States equivalent. The L374 oblong white pill is generic Excedrin Migraine. I don't understand why everyone has problems looking up drugs. (And by the way, take it from an addict - you shouldn't use, hydrocodone, or any opiates or drugs at all as these can easily cause your heart to stop.
