P on one side and a 2 on the other side a orange/peach color ## What this tablet actually contains is 2mgs of Hydromorphone, which is a narcotic opiate, but not the same as Morphine, though it is related. Learn more Hydromorphone details here. This is actually much more potent than Morphine and requires a much lower dose to achieve equivalent analgesia. Where did you find it?

Is this pill morphine er 60mg? I can not find this orange pill that is imprinted N60. It has not showed up as morphine er 60mg in this color. ## I talked to our pharmacy today and she showed me the bottle they came in. There is another n60 imprinted pill for the heart. It is not shown to be orange either. How can two pills for different problems have the same imprint? It worries me since my husband is already on heart meds. ## Hello, Joy! How are you? That is because the orange pill with N 60 imprint is from Canada, it is not available in the U.S. It is listed by Teva Pharmaceuticals as containing 60mgs of Morphine in a time released formulation. The U.S. FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth,...

I was wondering what milligram the little orange morphine pill with D on one side and 2 on the other, is???..... ## Hi D, Are you certain that this is a Morphine pill? Only asking because I came across another thread (linked above) with a similar pill description, stating that it is 2mgs of Hydromorphone; please correct me if I'm wrong here. In any case, the number imprint on the pill is generally indicative of the dosage of the drug. This tends to hold true in most cases, but if your pill is not Hydromorphone, then I haven't found any specific details "confirming" the dosage. I hope this helps!

My doctor changed my 60mg orange oblong morphine to the 60mg round orange ones. I inject my medication and need to know why the round pill is oily after its broke down to liquid form. Since using these new pills I am having trouble pooping what the hell the government done to my morphine? ## The government didn't do anything. Tablets such as this are not intended to be broken down and injected and trying to do so is dangerous. Tablets contain fillers, especially the time released ones and not all of them are meant to be broken down by the human body. They are normally just expelled in your waste. If you try to break them down for injection, you are placing these substances directly into your body in a way that it cannot process them out. This creates the risk of your developing bloc...

I have a bright round orange pill that has N60 on one side and nothing on the other side. Anyone know what it is? Could it be Morphine or a heart related pill? ## Morphine extended release. Not really any recreational value . But can be helpful if you truly need it ## The 60mg extended release Morphine with NDC 68382-0905 that matches this description is oval and white. It is an opiate narcotic that carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. They are manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals However, they are not round and orange. The markings are also on opposite sides of the pill. I have a round orange pill that is marked 60 on 1 side and N on the other. Could somone please tell me if this is a Morphine pill? Thank you in advance. ## Did you perhaps mean to say "M" instead of "N"? The Morphine pill that fits your description (of orange and round) has an M inside of a box, imprinted on one side and the number 60 imprinted on the other side. If this sounds like a match, then your pill is Morphine sulfate SR (60 mg), manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. For further verification, the National Drug Code (NDC) for this pill is: 00406-8380 I hope this helps! ## I appreciate your responding to my question, however the letter marked on the pill is in fact an N and not an M as you suggested. Can't figure out what this pill is its an orange or peachy coloured pill with N on one side and 30 on the other side.. Can anyone help? ## Hello, Based on your description of the pill, the closest match I could find is an orange, round, biconvex tablet, with "N" on one side and "60" on the other. This contains Morphine sulfate SR 60 mg, manufactured by Teva Canada. Teva Canada (formerly known as Novopharm) also manufactures other tablets with the "N" imprint. It may also be worth while contacting the manufacturer directly regarding your inquiry to confirm its ID. On 30 mg 2 x daily for 45 days. Took last 30 at 7pm yesterday. Is one orange AN415 for 4 days going to help me withdraw and stop opiates all together. I dont want this addiction anymore? ## Hello, Ginger! How are you doing? You can't take Suboxone, until you are in full withdrawal. Otherwise, it can throw you into dangerous precipitated withdrawals that could include grand mal seizures. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. And it is doubtful that just 4 days of it is going to be enough to completely beat this. Have you consulted your doctor?
