WHAT DO ALL THE PILLS OF THIS RX LOOK LIKE? ## I could not possibly post a description of all of them, since it is available as a generic, there are far too many of them on the market. The name brand actually says NORCO on the tablet, with numbers underneath it. If you can post back with the imprint from the tablet you are asking about, I will gladly look it up for you. Can you post back with this information? ## Is watson 3023 a generic tablet of norco? ## Alleged norco 10/325 tablet. Description: large white oblong tab with a V or checkmark imprint on one side. what is an oblong orange pill, scored with a v on one side and a number on the other. My aunt takes it and she thinks it is a 10/3.25 Lortab pill. ## Hello, Sandilei! How are you? Can you check what the numbers are and post back? That's would enable me to identify it for you. Thanks! This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ...

I was taking the oblong white ones then moved to different state an they r giving me white ones that r shaped different they r fat in the middle an if I don't eat something I get really sick an I didn't get sick on the other ones. I called the pharmacy where I was getting the oblong and they said the manufacturer was MAL.Do u no what that means? ## Hello, Patsy! How are you? There may be a different inactive ingredient in these ones that is causing the nausea, though it can be a normal side effect of this medication, as well. The FDA classifies this as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause other side effects, such as dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. The MAL means that the manufacturer of the ones you were getting before... ...

Is Norco 10-325 as strong as Vicoden 10-660 for pain? ## The only difference is the Norco has 325 mgs Tylenol and the Vicodin 660 mgs. They both have the same amount of hydrocodone, 10 mgs. ## @Shep, BL is correct about the amount of Tylenol (Acetaminophen) in each medication. Therefore, the Vicodin would be stronger than the Norco. If your pain isn't severe, I personally recommend taking the Norco due to the fact that it contains less Tylenol (Acetaminophen). The more Acetaminophen, the harder it will be on your liver and other organs. Please post back if you have any questions! ## sorry but you can no longer get 660 in the usa ...

Norco 10 325 Mg

How many Norco 10/325 mg would give you 1100 ng/mL? ## From what I could gather, clinical trials note that: "Following a 10 mg oral dose of hydrocodone administered to five adult male subjects, the mean peak concentration was 23.6 ± 5.2 ng/mL. Maximum serum levels were achieved at 1.3 ± 0.3 hours and the half-life was determined to be 3.8 ± 0.3 hours." Unless I'm reading this wrong (which I may be, as I am trying to understand this conversion as well), 1100 ng/mL seems like a very high dose for toxicity. Do you have this medication in both tablet and liquid form? You can learn more about this drug on the page for Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone I hope this helps! If anyone else can enlighten us with a bit more information that would be great! ## ... ...

What is the difference in the yellow Norco 10-325mg and the white Norco 10-325mg? ## Hello, Fred! How are you? They are just manufactured by different companies, which is common with generic medications. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I've used the yellow ones with a check mark on them for years and they work good. Years ago I use yellow Watson's and they worked really good and fast. I had the white Watson's this year and they work fast but don't seem to last as long. Just my opinion, stick with the yellow ones. ## I only have 2 pharmacies I can go to with my insurance. Norco 10/325 M367

ok so i have a question on the M367 pills. First, I have taken Vicodin about two times in the past. First time i broke my left ankle 3 years ago and got a prescription for the 5mg/(not sure on the acetaminophen) Vicodin at qty 20 pills. Then one year ago I had two wisdom teeth pulled and got a prescription for 5mg Vicodin like 15 pills. I say that to point out the fact that i dont think i have any built up tolerance.. I dont take any regular medicine, then or now. When i took the Vicodin, both times, the pain was gone in 20-30 minutes and i was full of energy ( one pill a day) .. SO to my question... now i have a herniated disc pushing on a nerve root and some stenosis clamping down on a different nerve root.. all verified through MRI.... I got to the pain management Doc and he gives me ... ...

I have person on my case load who believes her doctor is giving her her hydrocodone 10/ 325 and was explain she's getting a higher does than 5 because if her level of pain history. She showed me the pills the pills and the imprint was 126, wht, scored in the back, oblong. I checked on the Internet and it all said, she's getting 5/325, but bottle said 10/325? Is this an error? ## Hello, ChubbyZ! How are you? It seems that there is an error somewhere, because you are correct on the dosage. However, I can't speak as to whether the pharmacy dispensed the wrong pills, or if they just misprinted the label on the prescription bottle. She'd need to get in touch with them to check. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effect... ...

Why is it small and yellow, I was taking the lortab blue pill ## The color and size don't actually mean anything, the company may just manufacture their pills differently, so they use less fillers, than other manufacturers. What are the markings on the tablet in question? The name brand Norco that is a yellow tablet in the 10/325mg dosage is oval and has the marking NORCO 539 on one side of the tablet. There is also a generic, that is a yellow, oval with the marking WATSON 853. Another yellow, oval one with the marking 3601 on one side and a V on the other side. My daughter took a lot of Norco 10/325. Will it kill or sedate her? ## Hello, Sasha! How is your daughter? How much is a lot? If someone takes more of something than has been prescribed for them, you should contact poison control or seek medical treatment immediately. The real worry with this medication is the Acetaminophen that's in it. It can be toxic in amounts exceeding 1,000mgs per dose and over 3,000mgs daily. It may cause liver damage, liver failure and could be fatal. This medication also carries the risk of being habit forming. ## I am totally in the dark here. My doctor just prescribed me the Norco and I thought the entire reason for taking Lortab off the market was because of the acetaminophen??? Confused??? ...

What the heck, guys?!?!? I've been prescribed the yellow, oblong Norcos 10/325 for years and years now (several different illnesses\conditions). All of a sudden I went to CVS and the pills they gave me were more or less, useless! They were white and smaller. They don't do crap to help me pain!!!! This sucks! I called CVS and they said that the FDA passed a law stating no more "Norco" could be sold due to the rampant over-abuse. Great. Thanks a lot for those of us who really, genuinely needed that ONE MED that really actually worked and helped!!!!!!
