The first is larger with number only on one side. The second is smaller with indent for dividing in half on one side and number on the other. Also has large ^ with a small P under it in front of number. I think they are some Tylenol generic, but not sure. ## The pill in description marked L484 is Acetaminophen (500 mg). This tablet is listed in the NIH database as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen - It is a generic or store brand of Tylenol. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache. You can only take 2 of them, at once, every 6 hours, and shouldn't exceed 6 of them in any 24 hour period. Ref: Dailymed
