IP 466 one side, line/score in the middle on reverse side. I've seen pics of IBuprofen, but it doesn't look like that because they were smooth on one side; didn't have the score. Any clues?

You did well to take it from your friend. The tablet with the IP 465 marking is actually of more concern than the 2 Clonazepam, because it contains 600mgs of Ibuprofen and taking that much, at once, creates the risk of liver damage or liver failure, as well as stomach ulceration, since it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. Two of the Clonazepam would most likely just result in him taking a nap, unless he's sensitive to them, in which case it could cause overdose that may result in dangerously lowered heart rate and blood pressure. The correct match to IP466 is Carisoprodol, commonly referred to as Soma. I have this prescription at the highest level dose ( 350MG [comes in either 250or360] ).
