There are several different tablets with this marking and they all contain 200mg of Ibuprofen and are available over the counter. Is there anything else I can help with?

There was a cold medicine that was purchased for me after catching a cold. The meds taken directly as instructed on the box worked absolutely fantastic. Am attempting to find the meds again, as the cold has come around again, only have one dosage of two white oval tabs, with numbers 44-470 pressed on them.
