I am taking DiamicronXR60 for more than 3yrs and it was mostly controlled.But recently it is going high and my hip joint feet are paining,shall I continue this medicine or take some other medicine,I also take Pioglit 30 ## I am type 2 diabetic patient. I was advised to take Diamicron XR 60. but i want to know when actually take the tab, whether before taking breakfast or after breakfast and what is the time gap. please explain

what is diffrence between diamicron 60 mr or diamicron 60xr and dose morning and evening ## There is no actual difference, both the MR and the XR just designate them as being time released formulation of the given medication. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, flatulence, and stomach pain. Is there anything else I can help with?

I am 46 years male having BP and Type II Diabetes. For the last one year I am using Diamicron xr-60, Revelol AM 50/5 and Rozavel F. Since 4 days my bicep muscle is severely paining.
