Perhaps someone with experience using this drug can post, please? ## to sudhanshu,ive been taking citi for a while one 250 mg capsule once daily seems best for me but at first it used to give me this overwhelming need to sleep. if u have sleeping problems it seems to do the job. oh by the way its not like a sleeping pill that'll knock u out, its more subtle but youre sleepy more often. atleast on me it was this way. hope my experience was of use.

However, in the U.S., it has not achieved drug status, because there have not been enough studies to prove its efficacy and possible dangers. Thus, I also have no information on how long it should be used, you should consult your doctor for that information and use it as they direct you.

My father was prescribed Citicholine(Somazina). I found that 1000mg of Citicholine was too harsh from him. He is suffering from Thrombosis(Clotting) and but his condition is stable now. Also, Can somebody advise whats tyical time frame for Citicholine.
