white oblong with imprint ## I found an exact match it has 44 369 on it and it's white. This pill is Acetaminophen 500 mg + Pamabrom 25mg + Pyrilamine 15 mg. Found a lavender pill, oblong with the letter P stamped on one side with swirls on each side. white round says L430 on one seide ## i ahve a question i was prescribed oxy condine after a head injury but long story the whole bottle fell down my vent after about two weeks i found them in my basement vent but tehy ahs become slightly brown from what i think would be little water exposer and heat are they still usable?? ## I would not recommend it. ROUND, WHITE L430 ## No, this is not the same as Pamprin, though this is an over the counter item. This is a generic or store brand of Excedrin Migraine, containing 250mgs of Acetaminophen, 250mgs of Aspirin and 65mgs of Caffeine.

I have a bottle of Pamprin. The pills are labled L430. Everything I have found when Googling show it as Excedine with Caffeine. Any thoughts? Does anyone know if Pamprin Max tablets are marked the same, i.e., it's the same drug under a different label?

My dau had taken several aleve and pamprin for a couple of days before and the morning of a random drug test. She tested positive for marijuana but has not been anywhere near marijuana. Is that possible for these meds to read positive for marijuana?

I took Pamprin and Aleve for period cramps and tested positive for benzos. I have taken nothing else but from what I can find it says they only show a false positive for thc. I know I haven't taken anything else. Help ## Same thing happened to me. in the Military and mated "See Medical Record" but it's over the counter and they brush it off as impossible. There is a lot of research online and in books by several medical doctors with extensive experience in this field. I'm on Suboxone, Topamax, and took off brand Aleve [Naproxen] and off brand Pamprin. I failed for Fioricet/Fiorinal. I was also taking herbal Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. PLEASE HELP.
