white small tablet ## Pill Image This is Metadate Extended Release 20mgs, a generic for Ritalin-Sr used for ADHD. ## Swim has never tried Ritalin. Swim has an upcoming exam and needs to study all night. A friend gave him a NVR R40 capsule ( exentended release). Swim wonders if he should cut the pill in half for a lower dose because he has never tried Ritalin. Is 40 mg ER too high to take at once?
