I found the AMC 875 125 pill in my sisters room, and she has used harmful illegal drugs in the past, so I just want to make sure this isn't the start of more drug use. White oblong kinda big pill and has a line down the center with 875 on one side of the line and 125 on the other side, and on the other side when you turn it over it has AMC. ## This is a generic for Augmentin, which contains Amoxicillin, and Clavulanic Acid, it is used to treat, or prevent bacterial infections. How To Tell If Amox Clav 875 125 Pills Are Old. RX Just got looks crumbly ## Hi Wendy, Is this a prescription that you just got filled? It is possible that you were accidentally given a bad batch of pills. To my knowledge, new pills shouldn't be crumbly or look unkept. If you're unsure in the slightest, I would take the pills back to your pharmacy and share your concerns with them. I'm sure you aren't the only one that has had this happen. Please share your experience with the community if you find out what went wrong!

I recently had a beignet cyst removed from my right breast. After the minor surgery I found a small lump and there was some soreness. Amoxicillin with Clavulanic Acid is a generic for Augmentin, as you stated is an antibiotic. It is also used in children, but the dosage is usually lower, because it is based on their age and weight. is this good for a common head cold and or sinus infection? ## Gimiclav contains the active ingredients Amoxicillin and Clavulanic Acid, it is an antibiotic and, as such, is only helpful at treating infections. Thus, it can be used for a sinus infection, however, it has no effectiveness against the common cold, since that is caused by a virus. If Augmentin is scored, is it possible to split the pill in two? Is this a sulfa base drug ## From what I can this is not a sulfa based drug, as Amoxicillin does not appear to be on the list of sulfonamides I found (only two other antibiotics were listed). I don't know however, if this list is a complete list or partial list of sulfa based medications. For this reason, it may be a good idea to double check with your local pharmacy regarding this pill. Hi, I had Titus about six months ago and they gave me a Z pack so it didn't work in my lungs. I have been messed up for a while now. And I just stopped smoking.
