What is the main differences between ( M 924 ) and (54 411) BUPRENORPHIN will some Buddy please tell me I would ask the pharmacy but they are closed and I just realized that my script has changed the pill type ## Since this medication is available as a generic, it is manufactured by several different companies to help create market competition to try to keep prices as low as possible. Whichever one your pharmacy has in stock may vary, depending on which company was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply. And that is the only difference here, you've just received pills from a different manufacturer. The one with the M 924 marking is listed by the FDA as being manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and the one with the 54 411 marking is listed as b...

Has anyone ever taken or hear about a peach/orange covered, oval subutex with the inscription 54 411 on it? .. I can't find these particular ones online anywhere but I believe theyre brand new and I was also wondering what milligram they are? ## The last time I filled my script that's what they were, Orange, oval, 8mg bupenorphen. ## Hi Challen, These orange oval tablets must be fairly new, as per my research, 8mg Buprenorphine Hydrochloride with an imprint of 54 411 is still identified as being white and round. On the other hand, 8mg Buprenorphine Hydrochloride has also been made available in an orange oval tablet with 153 on one side and an Actavis half moon logo on the other. These are somewhat new as well, so not to be mistaken for the other orange oval tablet that you'r...

The little subutex with the arrow do not work as well as the 54-411 big round white ones they are the best. I have taken subutex for a long time now if you ever come across the orange subutex shaped like a football they are garbage. I don't know what it is but they do not work I can take one 54411 and be good for the day. If it's the orange football ones or the small white arrow ones I can take three of those and still feel like carp at the end of the day.. ## hi I took the moon ones then they moved me to 54 411 they seem so strong should I just lower it down ? I use to have take 4 moon . Thanks

I've been on Subutex 8mg for approximately 4 years. And through this process I have noticed a difference in the manufacturing companies that make these tablets. I can't even dispute these comments because I have backed them up with people I know that take the same medication for purposes of addiction. First and foremost do not take this medication 4 any other use then what your doctor prescribed it for. The number one clear favourites is the 54411 by West-Ward And the worst ones are the little small white tablets with the arrow on one side and the number 8 on the other side. Those are just terrible. The 54411 is A+ and the BP is A-. The BP white tablets are almost the same as the 54411. And they are yearly a newer brand. When I fill my prescription up every month I have a pharmacy

I have run out of options with "pain pills" have been inquiring about subutex as a pain reliever for chronic pain due to a spinal injury. Ive been on just about every pain pill there is and they just don't seem to have enough "power" to keep my pain level at a acceptable position. Anyone with factual information that I can present to my healthcare provider would be my hero. Thanks ## Hello, Lee! How are you? What type of factual information are you looking for? Anything that would be available on this site or others online is the same as what your doctor already has access to for information. There is nothing new I can provide you with. I'm trying to stop using H and I have the 54 411, round, white, subutex pills. Do I have to wait 24 hours from my last usage to take one or can I take it right away? I don't want to get withdrawal symptoms from taking it too soon. But I don't want to wait 24 hours because I start feeling sick much sooner than that. ## Hello, Timetoquit! How are you? This is an 8mg sublingual Buprenorphine tablet, a generic for Subutex and since this does not contain the Naloxone that is used in Suboxone to neutralize other opiates, you do not have to be in full withdrawal to start this one, it shouldn't throw you into precipitated withdrawals. Thus, you should take it according to your doctor's instructions. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming an...

I get 60 of the 54 411 subutex a month. Need to save. What is the best discount card to use and what pharmacy do I use it at to get the best price? if anyone can give info on actual price with card savings and where, you'd be helping so much. please help me. I'm in Ohio if that matters. I just need input to compare prices for actual savings. When you call the pharmacy they won't tell what card will save me the most. ## Hi David, This site actually offers a drug discount card that can save you anywhere from 15% to 75% off your Rx, potentially cutting the cost drastically. You can view more details about it on the following link: RX Savings Card However I think the only way to find out what exact percentage you'd save "ahead of time" would be to actually go to the ...

In dire need to find a new doctor in Indiana to prescribe me 8mg subutex. I believe that's what I've been getting, they have 54 411 on them. they have got me off all the other junk. ## There is a doctor in Indiana who will definitely give you subutex. Glen leer in arcadia Indiana. It's kinda pricey but worth it. Now I am looking for someone beside leer who will definitely give me subutex. I went to leer for 7 years and now I need a new doctor ## There is really no way to guarantee that any doctor will prescribe any particular medication, that can vary on a case by case basis. There is also certain criteria for prescribing Subutex and Suboxone, you can read more about it on Substance Abuse and Mental Health Sarvices Administration page.. I have been on the 54 411 bup tabs for 5 years. All of the sudden my pharmacy doesnt get them anymore. I'm very sensitive to medications. I cannot take these ones that they gave me. Someone said they are discontinuing the 54s. I am from central pa. I'll travel to get them, I just heard they aren't going to make them anymore. Please tell me this isn't true!!!! ## I haven't heard that at all. The Rhodes brand is the best brand out right now. It's definitely better than the hikima west ward brand also known as 54 411. They used to be made by Roxanne pharma years ago and were much better. Then in about 2015 they sold to westward and that's when they changed the formulation for the first time. I noticed big differences from month to month sometimes with this brand...

I'm looking for some feedback on the generic brands they only had sun pharma, actavis and hikma in my area of southwest Florida. Last month I picked up the brand hikma 54 411 from a grocery store/ pharmacy and my insurance covers/pays for most of my co pay which is always $45 monthly for my 120 pills. At this store they charged me 3 x that amount. I never heard of that..so now I'm thinking I might have to try the other of the 2. ## Hi Charlene, Sorry to hear about the unethical price gouging you encountered. While I don't have personal experience with those other manufacturers, I did want to add that someone else's experience with them doesn't necessarily dictate how your body will react or respond to the same medication; whereas the only way to know for certain is t...

I have been prescribed the 54 411 buprenorphine pills for about 7 years now. After my last doc visit I filled my script and they told me the same thing about the 54 411 not being available anymore and I got the 460's from them instead. My opinion...they SUCK! Feels like it has about 1/4 the amount of the 8mg it's supposed to have in it. I've been struggling all month with trying not to take more than I'm supposed to. I'm prescribed 1 8mg pill a day and have been happily taking that dose for about 3 years now down from 2 a day. Why this change has happened I have no idea but for me it's not a good thing at all. Besides the huge difference in price I have nothing good to say about the 460's. Does anyone know of a pharmacy that still carries the 54 411? I use CV...

I have been on subutex 54 411 white 8mg Tablets for almost 2 Years now, If you do not want to be on another pain medication I strongly believe this is the way to go I have always had a prescription but now I am asking my doctor to lower me off of them I am down to 1 a day where I was at 2 a day I will tell you that 1 full 8mg subutex will not give you any withdraws within 24hrs that's how long they are made to last a lot of the withdraw symptoms are in your head..an 8mg subutex pill fills up your receptors in your brain enough to last you 1 full day. I have heard of other people taking other pain medication between it and not being sick because their is NO naloxone in the Subutex; (NO Blocker) for other pain medication. I have been getting the generic Subutex Roxane brand 54 411 Buprenorphine tablets for months now from Walmart pharmacy and the past two times I've gotten my prescription filled there, I was given a different generic made by Hi Tech with an 8 and an arrow. I asked them why the change because those little tablets just are not the same and they said the Roxane ones could not be ordered. I called around to other pharmacies I have gotten my prescription filled at before also and was also told that the Mylan M 924s can no longer be ordered either. Is there a opiate blocker in white pill 54 411?? ## Hello, Chad! How are you? No, this tablet is manufactured by Roxane Laboratories and they list it as containing 8mgs of Buprenorphine. However, it does tend to take a strong hold on the opiate receptors and can still block others from working. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I've been going to a clinic for almost a year now and each time I get prescribed 8mg Subutex. When I would fill my prescription I would receive 54 411 white tablets.
