Carisoprodol, marketed under the brand name Somadril among others, is a prescription drug marketed since 1959. It is a centrally acting skeletal muscle relaxant of the carbamate class and produces all the effects associated with barbiturates. So yesterday I FINALLY RECEIVED my prescription of Pain-O-Soma in the blister packs that are from (Supposedly) HAB Pharmaceuticals & they ARE / WERE AWFUL!!!! I took 3 & #1) they DID NOT FEEL LIKE ANY BRAND OF SOMA THAT'S MADE HERE IN THE GOOD OLD UNTIED STATES OF AMERICA & #2) I think that they may have even given me MORE // WORSE MUSCLE SPASMS!!!! I can't believe that I f***in wasted close to $200.00 on these things & then had to wait for over 3 weeks to receive them... They came from India... So now I've got over 120 of these damn things, they're in the blister packs & they're a plain white pill with no numbers or anything on them except for a strait line on one side of the pill... I read about these in these forums & because there were mor...

2410 v soma difference from dan 350
6 Replies RSS Share
How are they different, Dan one side other side 350, pill found one side blank other side 2410 with v? ## Different in what way? They are a fine generic substitution! ## Hello, Roxie! How are you? They are the same medication, if I'm understanding you correctly (you meant the tablet with the DAN 5513 on it?), they've just been manufactured by different companies, which is very common with generics. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Soma 350 by Watson feels not the Same as other plank side over is 2410 with v, they are real thick compared to my Dans, 350 ? ## This generic equivalent can be up to 20% weaker, however they can also be 20% stronger as well! ## The ones wit...

SOMA 350MG WITH IMPRINTS OF SG 109
22 Replies RSS Share
Just received my refill of soma 350mg but they look different than the ones I am used to getting from the same pharmacy. No read out was put in the bag. The white round pill had a SG 109 on one side & blank on the other side. Anybody ever heard of these before? Because, since there was no print out of the new different medication I was a little worried, "what if the pharmacist made a little error in mine & somebody else's medications". Thanks for any feedback. ## Errors are made every day but these pills have been identified as Soma ## That is correct, they are manufactured by ScieGen Pharmaceuticals and they list them as containing 350mgs of Carisoprodol, which is a generic for Soma. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, hea...

I need a pain management dr in Georgia
10 Replies RSS Share
I need a pain doctor or pain clinic who doesn't require a referral, takes Medicare and Medicaid, who will prescribe my Xanax 2mg, Dilaudid 8mg, Roxy 30, Soma 350mg. I have my paperwork from the hospital state to take these meds. I need someone in Atlanta Ga, or Roswell Ga, Lwrncvil Ga. ## Hello, Cindy! How are you? I'm sorry that you're in pain. As to your medications, it is doubtful that you will find one doctor that will prescribe them all. Due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, you need to see a specialist, so for that list, you'll most likely need to see a pain management specialist, as well as a psychiatrist for the Xanax. These medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dr...

Soma? NO IMPRINT AT ALL !!!
2 Replies RSS Share
These pills are white, completly blank, except for a slash across the middle on one side. Are these candy? WTF Are they? Have I been totally scammed???? ## Well, where were they obtained from? if they have no markings, we can rule them out as being a U.S. approved and manufactured Soma/Carisoprodol tablet, because all such prescription medications are required to have imprints to enable their identification. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products, since they do not fall under this law. Learn more Soma details here. ## They sound like somas from mexico. A friend brough me some from there yesterday. .no imprint, larger than a percocet with little e down the middle on one side and nothing on other side

Is Soma a narcotic muscle relaxer
52 Replies RSS Share
my doctor has told me that that soma is a narcotic and she does not want to prescribe it to me any more. I suffer from chronic back pain as well as muscle spasms. I have tried other muscle relaxers as well as anti inflamatories and none of then do not work. Soma is the only one I have found to work for me without making me sleepy. Any information you can give me i would really appreciate. Thank you, Dana ## No, it is not a narcotic. Soma contains the active ingredient Carisoprodol, but it has been known to be habit forming and to be abused, by some people. However, what you have to remember is that prescribing it is entirely up to your doctor, she is not obligated to do so. You also have the option of finding a different doctor, for any reason you choose. Are there any other questions? ...

white round pill no imprints or markings
20 Replies RSS Share
resembles a mentos in size and shape, completely white with no evidence of a coating, no imprints or markings ## it's probably a diet pill ## It is most likely that this was some type of over the counter product. From the size and shape, my best guess is that it was a supplement of some type, though I can't be certain. If there are no markings, we can rule such pills out as being U.S. manufactured prescription medications, because they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. However, there is a small chance it could be a foreign medication, but that isn't very likely. I've seen some Calcium supplements that resemble this, though. Does anyone else recognize it? ## could be a muscle relaxer soma from mexico looks just like a ...
