Tylex cd, just got these factory sealed .made by janssen-cilag in mexico
500mg paracetamol
30mg codeine , so basically t3's here in the states

Hi Mike,

Just curious, does this require a prescription down in Mexico or do pharmacies there dispense standard pharmaceuticals over the counter? I realize they treat medications totally different in other countries and with ever-rising drug costs here in the US I can only imagine how many Americans travel south for more affordable treatment options.

Also, I read that Janssen-Cilag is a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson pharmaceuticals; who's headquarters are based at: Canoa 79, 01090 Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México - so they do appear to be a legitimate drug manufacturer.
