What Shows Up As Valium If U Haven't Taken Any

I'm prescribed suboxone, xanax, vyvanse, prozac and trileptal - but my drug test showed valium. I do not take any other prescription medicine.

I take Z quil, Nyquil, Advil pm,Tylenol pm, goody powders. So why is valium showing up in my test?
