Hello, Kathy! How are you?

Yes, this tablet is manufactured by Actavis Pharmaceuticals and they do list it as containing 20mgs of mixed amphetamine salts, which is a generic for Adderall.

The FDA classifies this medication as a stimulant that carries the risk of being habit forming and which may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, weight loss, insomnia and anorexia.

Is there anything else I can help with?

I was told by pharmacy that I was being given Core Pharma generic of Adderall. Heard bad things-- and it might be ... but when I looked at the pill I now realize it is Actavis (26)-- it doesn't do much at all. And since I started taking-- my left ankle/foot have become swollen, red, painful, stiff-- gout-like symptoms. I can barely walk. I need to see my GP but a behavioral center prescribes this Actavis generic. Has anyone experienced such systems. And do you think after I see my GP tomorrow (he's been away) I am always honest about the medications I receive. Do you think he would prescribe another adderall. I cannot go until February 5th without -- I finally had a doctor at the behavioral center to give me immediate release because I had gastric bypass 15 years ago and the medical experts insisted on prescribing XR meds.
