I believe I located your pill, the only difference is it says WATSON 388. Click here to see a picture of the pill. This is Acetaminophen 500 mg and Hydrocodone bitartrate 2.5 mg, which combines two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain.

A Watson 389 yellow oblong should be 10 mg hydrocodone 325 mg of tylenol main ingred.
