Is there any interaction with essential oils and suboxone?? Since I have been using the oils along with probiotics, it seems as if the half life of the suboxone does not last as long, and I thing that may be due to the detoxing effects of both probiotics and essential oils. I know you may not know since these two detoxers are not approved by BIG FARMA, which I believe is tainted anyway, but thank you for your time and reading my??

Hello,

I'm not sure about the actual interaction between the suboxone itself as there doesn't seem to be a solid case study done on this but I was able to find that there was at least one case study done by the National Institute of Health that shows a direct relationship between decreased opioid withdrawal symptoms and the application of essential oils. Here is a link to the case study, perhaps you can find something in here that helps answer your questions regarding their relationship. [1] NIH case study

Keep in mind that the title of this study refers to morphine but does later state that this relationship extends to buprenorphine and nalaxone, which are the active ingredients in suboxone.

I hope this helps you at bit. Best wishes and happy holidays.
