What strength of fentanyl patch do I need to replace 100mgs of embeda pr day and 30mgs of oxicodone im pr day.

Approximately 78micrograms, I believe the closest Fentanyl patch dose to this would be the 75microgram one.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Basically Morphine is the standard by which all others are judged. The conversion is for every 60mg of Morphin is equally to 25 mcg of fentany. Hope that helps.
