Ssri Causing False Negative For Opiods

I was taking Venlafaxine) 75mg & was changed to Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) 100mg for MDD. I was taking Fentanyl transdermal 75mcg/h q 48 hrs along with Oxycodone/APAP 10/325, as needed for chronic pain. A UDS I came back showing negative for opiates & was discharged from my Dr. for not taking my meds as prescribed when I was & now having to look for another Dr. & having to withdraw from my meds! Will either of those SSRIs cause a false positive for opiates on the UDS?
