Verwon Says:
L358 is NOT generic Dilaudid, nor any type of narcotic. This is an over the counter tablet containing 10mgs of Phenylephrine and 4mgs of Chlorpheniramine, used to treat cold and allergy symptoms.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness and dry mouth.

Is there anything else I can help you with?

it is a generic dilaudid 4mg. i believe the m stands fotr morphone. since dilaudid is hydromorphone. but it could also be the company logo. but it is a dilaudid. the generic being called hydromorphone. the one as far as i can tell is an older generic one though. because they have switched to a smaller pill that just has a 4 on one side and 4 numbers on the other side. i forget what they were but as soon as i look at one i will let you know.

yes i have noticed a difference as well. i have the fours but they are same as far as the whole no left over stuff. but some companyu have recently tried to stop people from doing you know what by putting a certain ingredient in it to make it sortive gel up or create what you have seen. i.e.( white milky substance and less rush). there is really nothing you can do about it except for doing more to get the same feeling. at least as far as i could see. other than that let me know specifically what you looking to find out and i can pretty much tell you. good look in the future and as always be careful friend.

Round white pill given to me as generic dilaudid (8) but has 44 159 on front. When I look it up it says OTC aspirin, acetaminophen and caffeine. Is there any way this COULD be generic dilaudid or have I been ripped off? Thanks!

I have a pill that is supposed to be Dilaudid 4mg. It is round and white and it has a 4 on one side and the numbers 54 over 195 or 196 on the other side. A friend of mine gave me it to me for my back pain. I want to make sure it is Dilaudid before I take it.

I have been on name brand dilaudid 4 mg for seven years. I tried generic hydromorphone. Rashes, stomach pain and severe headache. The pharmaceutical companies just doubled the price. Now I am giving the generic a try. It's created problems for me already. Not even a month. Do you know of generic brands that are better than round m/4
