Hello, Wanda! How are you?

By improving control of your blood sugar and your insulin resistance, you may experience some weight loss, but you will still have to eat healthy and get plenty of proper exercise.

The FDA classifies this as an oral antidiabetic medication and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, flatulence, headache, stomach pain and hypoglycemia.

So yes, the acidity is normal, as well.

Is there anything else I can help with?
