I have been taking prescribed oxycodone since 2010 for pain management. I take about 80 to 120 milligrams a day. How long does it take to clear out of your system to pass a urine test?

Yes. They are both in the opioid family but have different chemical signatures.

If this doctor has been giving you rx for pain meds for years and decides he don't want to anymore , if he just drops you without weaning you off or detoxing you he is putting your health at risk. I would talk to a lawyer. That is a serious issue. Be careful!!!! God Bless You

Thats wrong I been on OxyCodone since 2010 . I have 24 ortho injuries , ms and Avn hip knee and ankle . Never failed a drug test before , laws changed in va last 1 screens was false positive it showed in my system but only at 50 cut off level is 100 , I was honest and told her my tolerance grew plush I had been in icu and I get 4 30s a day, use to also get 2 20 mg cotins I took myself off cotins the make me feel sedated but just OxyCodone alone I'm fine , I have 4 girls youngest 9 and Austic I can't be sedated . But beware there is a new drug screen being used by. Doctors that can tell how much u take . 4 30s I should have hit 100 easily but I was low so I was spreading them thin , she did not share this with me till 2 test came up same 3 months later. But my father in law just passed with als lou garrets diseaae diagnosed may passed this weeken . Fastest case to be recorded , mother has heart attack. Father had 5 stroke who lived with me , my brother had 3 stroke bleeding on Brian coma he's awake but over a month of pt he's being diagnosed perminate having to have care taker and wheel chair , all this in 2 month plus I'm labels permanently disabled. And just found a hughe cyst on bottom iof 11 year old spine prob has same generic disorder as I. Waiting generic result now I go tomorrow if I should
blow it up but Cana get an strait answer on how many mg to reach 100 cut off . My tolerance is grown and they keep wanting to put me all seditive narcotics which I refuse do toe my children . Just beware thwrevie w test doc are uaing that will pick up level in your Gisf bless you and family
