I haven't taken a dose in three days, i have a urine test in 48 hrs and i just took a 4mg dilaudid dose. Wondering if my body will metabolize it before the test.

I have probation on Monday and yesterday (Friday) I took a couple of dilaudid pills (2 MG and two 8MG). I have never taken them in my life before and I might have to take a urine test on Monday. Can anybody please help me get clean by then?

So as I stated in the comment before, I am giving an update on my results for my drug test for probation that I took at 8:30 this morning. I passed my drug test. Nothing came up. I had a total of 33 hours to get clean. As I stated before I took 4mg of Dilaudid at 9:30ish pm on Saturday and another 4mg at about midnight. Had my UA this morning (Monday) at 8:30 am. It was an 8 panel cup. I did not do anything out of the ordinary in order to pass. So to everyone who says you need 5 days or that is impossible under 48 hours can shove it you know where...

Im am currently on probation and have weekly ua’s and i have been clean within 48 hours from oxymorphone 20 mg ER IV usage. So i would say it is possible. I am currently about to go in for drug test at 10 am (monday) after using 8 mg of Dilaudid (hydromorphone) on saturday at 9 pm. I will post results.

It should be out of your system in 2 to 3 days, but to be safe flush your system with as much water as you can.

Do you really think that person needs a lecture, expecially after they said they already feel like an *****t. Real supportive! The only right thing you said was maybe asking the friend not to bring that stuff home the next time. I say DON'T beat yourself up to badly, we've all been there at some point.

If you have been using this med for a long time then yes, because you are a chronic user of them. If you took your last dose on Friday and your urine screen is Monday then it will show up. If you have a legit script for them then it shouldnt matter. They can not hold it against you if your under a Drs care.

I dailed for diluted after 3 and a half days took 3 8 mg in a clinic to so it was useless luckily they are gicing me anotger chance

Colon cleanse with fluid pills is best effort but this is an ER med and they can take two weeks or more. To pass through your system

I would waite 3 full days and then go in for the test, i took 4mgs and 60mgs of morphine and passd my test 3 days & 9 hrs later .Good luck.

Me too I came up short in urine test for not enough oxycodone , from script at night last year and I also take prescribed 4mg dilaudid twice during day and drive myself to docs too. Funny isn't it. Finally had to get off oxy hated the way I felt now am on dilaudid 3 times daily. Not proud of it but my body is wracked with birth defects and I refuse to be in a wheelchair.

Is takes 2-3 days to leave your system. Unlike most of the above posts I take it prescribed but do take prn Doctor flipped because it didn't show in my urine smh my PRN means when you need it. Which I tried to explain but he now says you have to take it 3x a day. Here is the funny part he is 25 mins away I am on other stronger meds & drive myself is this guy crazy?

I have chronic back pain for which I take perscribed dilaudid 4mg po up to four times daily as needed. Last dose was yesterday. I may have to take a urine test Monday, around three days from the last dose. I have been on this for several years. Is this likely to show up on a standard urine test, assuming I take no more until after the test?
