Effects Side Signoflam

i am 66 yrs .i have pain around my shoulder near armpit transmitting to left side of chest .my doctor says it is muscular pain and advised signoflam bd and ratidine for two weeks .my querry is if it is safe to take for 2 weeks or sos basis

The Ranitidine is a proton pump inhibitor, which helps reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach.

I am assuming your doctor gave you this, to help prevent the ingredients in the Signoflam from irritating your stomach.

Because it contains the active ingredients Aceclofenac, Serratiopeptidase and Paracetamol (Acetaminophen).

Along with stomach irritation, you may also experience: nausea, drowsiness and headache.

The Ranitidine should be taken regularly, to help protect your stomach, only the Signoflam should be taken on an as needed basis and yes, 2 weeks is a safe period of time. Some people use it for even longer periods.
