E 7 Oxycodone Epic Pharma

I was prescribed oxycodone 15 mg from my doctor & when I picked them up from the pharmacy & they have the curved E 7 imprint from Epic pharma mfg, but there is no description on the label which I thought was required by law & they don't seem to be working to alleviate my pain like other manufacturers that I have received previously so I was wanting to know if these could be a placebo......do you know if Epic Pharma llc makes placebo oxycodones??

Also, do you know if the pharmacy is required by law to list the description & imprint of the pill on the bottle label?

No, it is not a legal requirement, though many pharmacies do it as a courtesy to try to help avoiding customer confusion, if they are receiving medication from a different manufacturer than usual.

The FDA warns that Oxycodone carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth.

There can be variations in the amount of the active ingredient from one generic to another. What one were you taking, before?
